【陳建彰／台北報導】歐美股市反彈，台股今天也同步走揚，尤其晶圓雙雄連袂領軍，漲幅均逾2.5%，加上台塑集團等傳產股走穩撐盤，終場上漲58.93點，收7873.31點，成交值721億元，周線則下跌51.69點。
 
台新投顧董事長吳火生表示，在德、美、歐、中國8月PMI指數紛紛傳出佳音，國際股市走穩，台股跟著開高，並在台積電（2330）領軍上攻，以電子股表現最亮眼，指數上漲逾1%。
 
由於台積電這波修正幅度約20%，昨至今天已反彈約5%，顯示先前法說庫存調整已反應告一段落，在台積電轉強，加上蘋果（Apple）概念股在新產品激勵下，台股下周有機會續彈，預期指數有機會挑戰季線8028點。

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】37歲的高盛（Goldman Sachs）董事總經理傑森‧李（Jason Lee）因涉嫌在紐約東漢普敦家中強姦1名20歲女性而遭當地警方逮捕，被控1級強姦罪。

李在繳納2萬美元（60萬元台幣）保釋金後已被釋放，他否認所有指控，強調將在法院洗清罪名。

高盛證實，李任職於該公司，在遭到指控後，目前正在休假。他是高盛股權資本市場部門中一個團隊的主管。據一位前同事透露，他也是非營利組織Safe Space New York的前任董事長，該組織旨在幫助有危險的年輕人與家庭。

【劉昌松／台北報導】台北陳姓男子因患有造血功能障礙，難買保險，又想理財，因此以王姓外甥女名義買儲蓄險保單，由陳付保費並擔任受益人，2010年陳死後，王女竟把受益人改成自己並提前解約，外婆得知後提告，法院判王女應向保險公司領取保險金273萬多元後，還給外婆，全案定讞。

也從事保險業務的王女向法官解釋，和舅舅情同父女，是舅舅自願幫忙繳保費，並且約好舅舅生前到期的話，由舅舅領錢，舅舅過世後才到期的話，由她領錢，但法官認為，陳男曾要求承辦保險的業務員說明獲利與期滿可領金額，可見陳男投保目的就是要領保金。

判決指出，如果保單真的是王女想買的，在陳男過世後僅差1年到期，王女大可自行繳納保費，卻急著解約，不符常情，因此認定王女和過世的舅舅早有約定，無論如何保險金都要由陳男領取，雖然陳男已過世，保險金也應由唯一繼承人，也就是陳的媽媽、王女的外婆領取。
