（中央社記者林憬屏仰光12日專電）緬甸改革開放2年多，今年已批准台灣廠商可直接投資，不必再經第三地。緬甸雖有商機但電力供應不足，現階段台商多觀望。

中華民國對外貿易發展協會率台灣廠商參加緬甸首次舉辦的「2013年緬甸機電設備暨汽配展」，吸引不少業者參展。

可是緬甸當前電力普及率僅30%，供電量只夠1/10的需求，台灣紡織業多次組團赴緬考察，雖然勞工便宜，但電力不足，廠商審慎評估。

台灣第一大軸承專業製造廠東培工業首次抵緬投石問路，貿易部貿易二課課長余峻豪表示，亞洲開發銀行預估緬甸今年經濟成長率6.3%，明年6.5%，之後每年平均約有7%到8%的成長率，希望能同緬甸市場一起成長。

不過，緬甸鎖國半世紀，當前以農業為主，工業發展落後。余峻豪說，緬甸還沒有軸承供應鏈，設廠困難，東培工業打算先找經銷或代理，或鎖定補修市場。

此外，台灣製產品價格高於中國大陸，而緬甸市場充斥著大陸製產品，進軍緬甸台灣業者還得花點功夫。

大同公司電力事業群國際專案處行銷企劃部副處長楊正義，緬甸非常認同台灣製產品，卻要求價格得同中國大陸一樣，必須教育緬甸廠商重視品質，「推銷時要把品質做出來給他們看」。

緬甸商工聯合總會中央執行委員呂榮仁表示，緬甸歡迎台灣勞力密集的產業例如紡織業到緬投資，也希望台灣有可傳授高科技產業的知識與技術，增加當地就業機會。1020712
