醫電論壇登場 聚焦品牌策略

（中央社記者江明晏台北29日電）「醫療電子與器材國際高峰論壇」今天登場，工研院生醫所所長邵耀華表示，為讓台灣醫療器材產值營運續創佳績，下一步必須仰賴「品牌策略」及「通路布建」雙主軸策略。

「醫療電子與器材國際高峰論壇」今天登場，今年邀請的產業專家來自包括美國、歐洲、日本、中國、泰國等醫材大廠及大型通路商。

「醫療電子與器材國際高峰論壇」歷年來已促成多家國際大廠來台採購醫療電子與器材設備，金額超過新台幣千萬元，也促成台灣廠商與國際接軌進行技術授權與合作，讓廠商順利打入新興市場，成為台灣與國際醫療產業間的「綠色通道」。

經濟部工業局副局長呂正華表示，台灣2013年醫療器材產業營業額一舉突破新台幣千億元大關，達到1163億元，較2012年成長6.5%。

呂正華說，根據統計，受到全球資通訊大廠陸續將營運焦點轉移到醫療器材市場影響，2013年全球醫療器材市場規模已達3280億美元，預估2016年將上看3914億美元，2013至2016年的年複合成長率達6.1%，足以見證台灣醫療器材產值在工業局計畫的加持下，我國醫療器材產業年複合成長率遠優於全球。

邵耀華表示，為讓台灣醫療器材產值營運續創佳績，與國際大廠無縫接軌，台灣下一步必須仰賴「品牌策略」及「通路布建」雙主軸策略。

他進一步表示，品牌策略應透過併購國際品牌，或與全球各地區性品牌進行co-branding，輔以台灣優質且平價製造能力，有效打入全球各大區域醫材市場。另外，在通路布建上則應藉由「品牌力」的提升，直接與消費者接觸，以B2C模式布建行銷通路，對擅長製造個人化醫療器材的台灣，將有助業績再攀高峰。1031029
