致函伊朗 美國會挑戰總統外交權

47名美國共和黨籍議員今天聯名致函多名伊朗高層，警告美伊核問題談判結果，在總統歐巴馬卸任後將難以生效。共和黨挑戰憲法賦予美國總統的外交權，引起白宮高度不滿。

共和黨籍聯邦參議員柯頓（Tom Cotton）等47名參眾議員，今天向伊朗當局發出公開信，警告美伊兩國進行中的核談判若達成任何協定，都將遭國會否決，歐巴馬2017年離任後，協定將不再有效。

信函指出，國會如不同意談判結論，協定不過是一紙行政命令，下屆總統可輕易動筆否決，國會也可變更內容。

歐巴馬政府面對伊斯蘭國擴張，改變對伊朗外交政策，試圖打破美伊僵局，不過共和黨與以色列總理尼坦雅胡（Benjamin Netanyahu）反對白宮向德黑蘭伸出橄欖枝，認為此舉將使伊朗最終擁有核武。

美國憲法明定總統擁有外交談判權，強調行政部門與國會對外一致，國會不干預總統對外行事，共和黨人罕見的直接向外國領導者發出反對總統的信函，引起白宮憤怒。

白宮發言人厄尼斯特表示，共和黨籍議員與伊朗強硬派秘密聯繫，意圖損害國際社會與伊朗會談達成協議，此舉讓人驚訝；共和黨人向來窮兵黷武，把用兵擺在外交斡旋之上，這是為政黨私利損害總統權力的把戲。

美國兩黨政爭不是新鮮事，國會議員去函他國領袖，公開在外交政策上與總統唱反調，在美國外交史上極為少見。

華府外交界認為，國會破天荒直接插手反對總統實屬頭一遭，美國兩黨鬥爭殺到國外顯示問題嚴重。

昨天想要來放幾首音樂進去
可是他卻說"已寫入保護程式" 不讓我放
所以我在想是不是手機的防毒軟體有加鎖
於是我就重置手機
但是還是沒辦法解除"保護狀態"
請問是甚麼原因????
求解阿!!!!!

食安辦掌握情資奏效 破獲無照汽水工廠

近期南部查獲無照彈珠汽水工廠，原來是行政院食安辦公室的預警情資奏效，行政院呼籲業者守法，切勿為利益鋌而走險。

行政院今晚發布新聞稿，為打擊食品犯罪已建立預警會報機制，並執行淨安專案，截至目前，行政院食品安全辦公室依據預警情資移請檢察或調查機關偵辦者計17件、由行政機關裁罰者為13件，另待罰11件。

行政院食安辦表示，以日前查獲的無照彈珠汽水工廠為例，即是預警情資列管案件。

食安辦說明，1月掌握預警會報情資後，即交請相關機關追查位於高雄市仁武區一家疑似生產彈珠汽水工廠，經高雄市政府相關局處會同高雄市政府警察局進行聯合稽查，當場查獲這家工廠無登記，竟還生產彈珠汽水銷往各地。

目前高雄市政府經濟發展局已命令這家無照彈珠汽水工廠停工，並限期3個月內完成工廠登記，至有關違反衛生規定部分，則續由衛生機關查辦。

行政院呼籲食品業者應遵守相關規定，切勿為利益鋌而走險，如有相關需協助及輔導事項，可隨時向各地方政府、衛生福利部及經濟部洽詢。
