標題[問題] 請教關於電話被留錯的問題

今年常接到一些電話打給我要找別人的 起初認為是打錯 但發現每次要找的都是同一人(以A先生代稱) 今天又再度接到要找A先生的電話了 這次直接問對方說 A先生是誰 為什麼總是打錯 原來是A先生在威寶有電話費的問題 但留的是我的手機(應該是留錯) 打來的是威寶外包的催繳公司 基於個資法問題 無法透露A先生的資料 對方請我打給威寶的客服 但我打給威寶的客服 說明後 威寶客服表明沒有A先生的電話或身分證字號 無法查出來 無法更改 所以我必須持續都接到A先生的催繳電話... 請問這情形該如何解決? 感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.230.103.136
