太神奇　手機會揪臭酸食物

平常買菜回家，或是沒吃完的食物，我們都習慣將它直接放入冰箱存放，但有時放了太久，新不新鮮無法知道，或許東西沒有酸味或是臭味，但其實內部已變質，如果隨意吃下肚的話容易拉肚子，更慘的話腸胃炎送醫急診，但現在有人發明出了電子鼻子，只要按下開關馬上可以判斷食物新不新鮮。
 
美國有團隊研發出電子鼻《PERES》，只要打開機器即可偵測食物味道、溫度、濕度等，將其轉換成電子數據透過藍牙傳輸到手機上，告訴你這食物新不新鮮，能不能吃，。活動5月底結束，預計需要5萬美元才能進行生產，約為新台幣150萬元。目前在集資網站《Indiegogo》上已募集到3萬2千多美元，約為新台幣97萬元。（王建鑫／綜合報導）
