勞動部調查　新鮮人平均起薪25K

勞動部今天公布去年初任人員（社會新鮮人）薪資調查，針對9千多家企業調查發現，整體新鮮人起薪為2萬5175元，比前年小幅增加139元；以學歷別分析，研究所以上畢業生起薪3萬2017元、大學畢業生起薪2萬6915元，各比去年小幅增加378、193元。

但若與1999年首次調查大學與研究所以上學歷新鮮人起薪相較，去年大學畢業者起薪比14年前縮水547元，大學畢業生起薪也從27、28K降到26K，還原地踏步10年以上。

以行業別看，起薪和往年排名差異不大，金融保險業2萬9768元、電力燃氣業起薪2萬8982元最高，最低則是其他服務業（包含美髮、洗衣等）2萬2337元、教育服務業2萬2489元、住宿餐飲業2萬2521元，都僅有22Ｋ。（生活中心／台北報導）
