電腦使用者帳戶guest也可以把自己設成administra

之前為了要限制弟弟的打電腦時間，把弟弟設user，自己另設一個administrator
可是在administrators的群組下，我發現如果是user也可以新增user進入。於是我的密碼就被我弟刪掉了= =

有甚麼方法可以限制他的權限，讓他不能新增或移除系統管理員，還有不讓他在電腦的圖是旁邊案右鍵，把自己新增到administrators群組下
