推動台灣攝影現代性發展的關鍵人物張照堂，14日起在北美館展出 「歲月/照堂：1959-2013影像展」。

身兼攝影家、作家、電影工作者與教師等身分的張照堂，是近半世紀以來台灣社會的時代記錄者之一；曾多次獲得重要文藝獎項，包括金鐘獎、金馬獎、第3屆國家文藝獎、第30屆行政院文化獎等。

張照堂自高中時期拿起相機開始拍照，至今仍未停歇，超過50年的影像創作生涯，作品涵蓋攝影、電視片、紀錄片與劇情片等。

「隨時走路，即時在場」是張照堂對攝影工作者的定義，持續不停地親近接觸，觀察思考、捕捉瞬間，也因此在他所經歷的年代，他獨具視野的藝術創作，不僅反映時代的脈動，也是深遠的歷史見證。

這次在北美館展出深具回顧意義，展出張照堂自1959年創作至今的400餘件攝影作品（包括印樣、未經發表的肖像系列、數位相機及手機拍攝的組構影像系列）、8部紀錄片與電視影片，以及一些圖繪、札記、塗鴉、拼貼等。

同時也以「展中展」形式重現張照堂在1960年代所參與的實驗性裝置作品，以及展出由張照堂撰寫有關台灣攝影家的文稿、主編書籍等文件，藉以完整呈現張照堂的影像美學與成就，以及在台灣攝影與影像發展脈絡具承先啟後的地位與貢獻。

「歲月/照堂：1959-2013影像展」12日下午將在北美館舉行記者會，14日至12月29日在北美館展出。

是不是如果送上門沒有收到

郵差會留通知單在信箱要去郵局領？沒錯

如果不是收件人親自領而是由別人代領

寄件人會知道嗎？應該會知道

而代領需要怎樣才能代領？代領人證件身份證

可不可以由收件人事先告知郵局直接投入信箱或事先告知送件時間？不太清楚[黑貓宅急便可以寄件時先告知上午中午下午對方收件時間 
那寄件人會知道嗎？

第一次發文，文長，手機排版傷眼請見諒 這個暑假其實過的頗靡爛，除了7月幫教授做計劃之外，都在玩網路遊戲 如果說是沉迷也不為過，也在裡面用心建立我的人際關係 我在遊戲上組了一個情侶（現在我都說他是我乾弟，他也都叫我姐姐），小我7歲，我們感情還不錯 除了FB和聊line之外，三步五時也會通電話，一聊就是至少一小時 喔順帶一提，我們認識快兩年了 今年5月我回鍋去玩（因為去年我忙著唸書考試），另外創了一隻角色，認識了另一個男生D組情侶 D小我3歲，在遊戲裡對我很好，每天在line也會常常關心我 只是有個缺點就是他很黏，line只要沒有事先說有事暫離，3分鐘沒回就會開始密說我不理人 之後我電腦出問題要送修，於是就把遊戲帳密給他，請他幫我做一些事 對於這點我乾弟其實很不高興，他覺得我不懂得保護自己，太容易信任別人 我覺得反正只是遊戲，我又窮，D要搞也搞不出花樣 事實證明我果然是蠢蛋 有一天D的心情很不好，說他跟朋友吵架，FB好像被黑掉了 然後他要跟我借我的FB去確認這件事 我FB有分身，是新創的裡面空空如也，想說沒差，於是就把帳密借他 重點來了!!! 他看完之後竟然沒有把我的帳密登出!!! 好吧我承認沒有該密碼是我不對，但是完全就是一種被背叛的感覺 於是D就發現我跟我乾弟常常會在FB上互叫老公老婆（不過我們當然都是開玩笑的，很確定彼此都沒有這個意思....） 我知道D愛吃醋，所以當初有些文章我會鎖D 然後D就開始鬧，說為什麼我乾弟可以那樣叫我 還密我乾弟說叫他改掉這種叫法 我乾弟覺得莫名其妙 反問我說，為什麼要被他限制? 而我也覺得很無奈，我只是希望兩邊能夠平衡 私心來說，我認為我乾弟比較重要 所以我跟D強調他只是我乾弟，我寵他 然後事情就突然一發不可收拾了=口= D自己私底下去找了我乾弟談，細數我乾弟之前怎樣讓我失望，怎樣讓我難過 我乾弟是個容易被影響的人，結果被這樣一激，就不理我了ORZ 只在FB上PO文說："原來我之前讓你那麼受傷，也許他說的沒錯，我離開對你才是好的" 不忍說我真的很想掐死D啊啊啊~~ 但是比起掐死他，我還有更要緊的事，那就是我今天跑來發文的目的 請問，我能做什麼去安撫我乾弟？ 他對我來說真的很重要.... -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.169.107.113

美國國家情報總監辦公室今天說，媒體昨天對情報機構可破解加密通訊方式的報導，可能損及美國及盟邦的情報工作。

路透社報導，國家情報總監辦公室（Office ofthe Director of National Intelligence）稱這份聲明代表美國所有情報機構，聲明沒有確認媒體報導的細節。

英國「衛報」（The Guardian）、美國「紐約時報」和非營利新聞團體Pro Publica昨天報導，美國國家安全局（NSA）已秘密發展出破解或繞開網路通訊加密的作法，加密是用來保護電子郵件與金融交易等。

聲明承認，如果美國情報界不是嘗試對付「恐怖分子、網路罪犯、人口販運業者等」對手的加密行動，「就不會做情報工作」。

聲明說，昨天報導的消息揭露了「我們如何從事這項重要活動的特定機密內容」。

報導內容來自美國揭密者、國家安全局承包商前雇員史諾登（Edward Snowden）攜出的文件。史諾登目前受俄羅斯政治庇護，寓居俄國。
