讀者楊小姐向《蘋果》投訴，指今年6月她被京都堂台北店店門前的初診專案價399元廣告吸引，前往該店進行減重，但當天看完診，費用達1200多元，她之後回診反映收費不當，卻被該店拒絕掛號。京都堂指楊小姐初診收費確實是399元，因有使用自費藥材，才收1200多元，收費前有告知，台北店也無拒絕楊小姐就醫。

標題[問題] 換兩顆前輪（新胎）後，反而偏向+高速抖動

請教板上各位高手， 小弟的車是 Tercel 1.5 原本前輪的輪胎是 橫濱 AA01 175/70/R13 未換胎前，一般行駛時，不會有偏向的感覺， 高速時（100～120）方向盤也不會抖動， 不過，今天在換完 橫濱 AE01 175/70/R13 後， 行駛在一般道路，就明顯感到方向盤有 偏向。 剛剛上高速公路，更發現高速時有抖動的狀況。 去電早上更換輪胎的店家， 老闆的回應竟然是， 換完新胎，本來就有可能會讓原本正常的定位， 變成需要重新定位（就是會偏向）的意思， 而抖動則是因為 輪胎平衡 有異常（需重新校正）。 而我詢問 調整費用 的部份， 老闆則是說，定位 需費用； 輪胎校正則是因為算我今天剛換胎，所以他免費幫我處理。 有幾個疑問想請教一下各位板友 1. 真的會出現這種狀況？？ 換完新胎，本來就有可能會讓原本正常的定位， 變成需要重新定位（就是會偏向） 2. 定位的費用，該給我當然會給， 但是我明明在換胎後，有詢問老闆需不需要做定位的動作， 而老闆說原本的胎無吃胎的狀況，所以無需定位。 現在卻是這種情形...
