【陳威廷／台北報導】小貓熊圓仔出生57天，體重從183.4公克長到超過3200公克，台北市立動物園表示，圓仔長成迅速，除了營養的母乳，充分的睡眠也是關鍵，睡得好，才能一眠大一吋。

動物園指出，圓仔小時候住在保溫箱中，睡覺時只會原地轉圈圈，第一天回到媽媽圓圓身邊時，或許環境不像保溫箱又平又穩，圓仔睡得不安穩，時常醒來大叫，圓圓抱著圓仔直到睡著，才躺下休息，圓仔又因圓圓姿勢改變驚醒大叫，母女倆只能不斷重覆變換姿態，無法好眠，白天圓仔回保溫箱，母女倆才能各自好好睡上一覺。動物園說，現在圓仔24小時都待在媽媽身邊，有時睡在圓腳上，有時枕著的手臂，有時自己躺在竹葉床上，就連抱出來量體重都可以瞬間睡著，是不折不扣的睡美人。

【綜合報導】加拿大不列哥倫比亞省一小鎮，早前傳出令人害怕的巨大聲音，民眾拍下影片上傳到影音網站YouTube上，上傳4日就有19萬次點閱率。

上傳影片的民眾聲稱，這是第二次聽到刺耳的聲音，當中還夾雜喇叭聲、防空警報和拉動椅桌的聲音，而且聲音非常響亮，有點像恐怖電影中配樂，鄰居聽到都感到害怕。看了影片的網友認為聲音是由大型卡車發出，但也有人懷疑影片造假，當地警方正追查聲音來源。

【游芳男／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣第4處公共托嬰中心今上午10時開幕，以宜蘭順安國小舊禮堂整修而成的冬山托嬰中心，因設備新，30個名額昨即額滿。托嬰的媽媽們說：除了中心環境好、保姆嬰兒比1比5外，收費每月8,000元，還可申請托育費補助，負擔減少，是她們願意將寶貝兒女送到這裡的理由。
 
冬山公共托嬰中心，嬰兒室內活動區達114平方公尺，包含睡眠區、活動區、備餐區、清潔區、遊戲區、繪本區、感覺統合區等多元空間，收托0至2歲幼兒。今開幕時，縣長林聰賢等人為公共托嬰中心及所有寶貝們許下”瓶”安喜樂等祝福。
 
托育1歲8個月、10個月兩兒子的游信珊說，這邊設備全新「我很滿意！很放心將兩個寶寶放在這裡。」另外，扣除托育補助費，1個幼兒每月不到5,000元「對我們家來說，負擔減少好多」。托育1歲大女兒的黃馨儀說：之前先來看過這邊的設備，覺得中心有分區分層照顧不同年齡層幼兒，設備也不錯「我覺得可以放心讓寶寶在這邊成長。」
