Blogger版:http://goo.gl/HIkyQC ------------純文字版------------ 今天的仿妝是韓國歌手LEE HI， 不知道的朋友就由帶魚妹來簡單介紹一下。 LEE HI(李夏怡)是韓國的新人歌手， 於第一屆K-pop Star選秀比賽節目中奪得亞軍， 現在可是BIGBANG、PSY的旗下師妹呢！ 因為年紀小但卻擁有渾厚的獨特嗓音， 發行個人單曲「1.2.3.4.」就頻頻創下紀錄， 在 M!Countdown 節目中得到「怪物新人」的讚譽， LEE HI的造型也是十分多變， 這次的仿妝是首張專輯其中一個造型唷！ 其實原本是想要仿妝兩種造型， 但找不到剛好大小和顏色的玫瑰花， 要不然就是缺貨...所以無緣啦XD 沒關係我們還有音符睫毛黃橘妝！ 那麼就來開始我們的仿妝吧！ 今天已經有帶簡單的眼妝， 畫法可以參照>>>五分鐘解決清新韓系偽素顏 那就是帶魚妹的日常妝拉，哈哈 開始前先上一層BB霜， 主要是要蓋一下嘴唇的顏色， 這樣最後要上唇彩才會比較顯色。 接著下個步驟就是黏上假接毛， 選擇自然一點的睫毛款式就可以了， 因為LEE HI仿妝主要是以音符紙睫毛為主， 若選擇太過濃厚的睫毛就會模糊焦點了。 黏上假睫毛之後， 再以眼線筆輕繪下眼線，框出整個眼型。 將江～～紙睫毛登場， 沒錯！真的是紙紮的睫毛... 诶 這可是帶魚妹冒著目小的風險自己DIY的， 僅此一副...(汗*_*) 沒錯，不用多說下一步就是戴上紙睫毛， 唉呀 雖然看似做工粗糙， 但遠遠看起來還是沒什麼問題的。 若想要近看也很美的朋友， 請自行上網估狗一下紙睫毛摟， 款式眾多任君挑選。 然後準備鮮黃色與橘紅色的眼影， 眼影使用：Coastal Scents 252 Ultimate Palette 霧面鮮黃色/珠光橘紅色 眼頭畫上黃色至1/2處後， 結著畫上橘色至眼尾。 就快完成了！(搓手) 再使用睫毛膏刷長下睫毛， 若有纖長效果的睫毛膏最好， 重點就是越長越好。 最後剩下唇彩的部分了， 唇彩選擇淺粉紅的芭比色， 唇彩使用：Coastal Scents 66 Color Lip Palette 大功告成!! 老實說看著LEE HI的MV自認跟她有幾分相像， 唉 但歌聲能夠有她一半就好了(嘆氣) 話說之前拿了這次仿妝的照片當作FB的大頭貼， 想不到一放上去朋友馬上留言說， 哎呀 你的眼屎膏跑出來了！ ..............................當場真想給他八兩下落去。 YG新人LEE HI仿妝就到這告一段落， 手工紙紮睫毛也在此結束生命了...(泣) 希望大家會喜歡李夏怡的仿妝唷，再會。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.44.193.152

主計總處昨（30）日首次公布台版國民幸福指數為6.64分，與經濟合作發展組織（OECD）會員及夥伴國等36國相比，排第19名，屬中段班幸福。雖然近年台灣實質薪資持續衰退，但受高儲蓄率和相對較低物價影響，所得及財富指標高居第四名。

主計總處依OECD 2013年「美好生活指數」（Your Better Life Index，BLI）架構，從今年3月起著手編製國民幸福指數，昨日首度公布結果。主計長石素梅表示，與OECD今年5月發布的資料相比，我國幸福指數為6.64分，在OECD 34個會員國和巴西、俄羅斯兩個夥伴國中排名第19。

亞鄰國家中，日本為6.24分、南韓為5.41分，分別為22名和28名，皆在台灣之後。主計總處綜合統計處副處長蔡鈺泰說，若依此數據來論斷國人是否幸福過於簡化，但若能接受OECD的指數架構，台灣可算中等幸福。

石素梅指出，近年我國執行未破重要案件管制措施，使故意殺人致死案逐年減少，因而我國在人身安全領域排名第三，僅次於日本及加拿大，是調查中表現最佳的領域。

所得和財富領域也拿下佳績，排名第四，僅次於美國、瑞士和盧森堡。不過國人實質薪資衰退16年，此結果和民眾主觀感受有所差距。

主計總處官員解釋，我國反映財富存量的每人金融性財富排名第二，僅次於美國，可能因國人儲蓄率超過30%，高於美國、日本10個百分點以上，長期以來可以累積較多資產。

主計總處官員進一步指出，財富相關指標經過購買力平價（PPP）調整，由於我國物價較低，購買力強，調整後數值會大幅提高。

標題[閒聊] 橋頭麥當勞開幕了
