【綜合報導】義大犀牛隊總教練徐生明昨晚猝逝，今晚兄弟象和犀牛隊比賽結束後，象隊總教練謝長亨（草總）帶領球員們向犀牛隊休息室方向鞠躬致意，而草總不捨老友殞落，還落下男兒淚。

今天犀牛隊將徐總85號戰袍掛在休息室中，草總帶領兄弟象隊全體隊員向義大休息室鞠躬向徐總致意。草總還疑似不捨老友離世，感性落下男兒淚，不過當媒體想上前採訪他搖手婉拒，說今天無法受訪。

標題[求助] 這樣是不是不夠體貼！

事情發身在今天 我有ㄧ位我喜歡位女同事，臨時叫我代班，是因為身體不舒服(沒有去問原因)。 我因為之前先前答應其他人代班了，所以我只能幫她做前面4小時，後面4小時是我已經答應別人的，所以後面4小時需要她來上。 我的解決方案是，我請女同事找其他同事幫忙上後面4小時， (重點)我有說一句話，假如其他同事無法代班的話，我就必須請她上完後面4小時(沒很嚴肅，是拜託口氣，因為沒人了)，結果是我幫她上完前面4小時+其他人代班後4小時。 問題:我喜歡她所以我會幫她，可是基於我之前承諾其他人，所以我不能放棄我的誠信，各位你們會用什麼方式去解決，可以體貼喜歡的人又可以守住誠信?我這樣的做法是對的嗎?後續關心需要去解釋嗎? 我知道職場上有一定的規矩在，我這樣的堅持假如沒人來代班就她一定要來上班，我知道很這樣很不體貼，我有什麼辦法呢，我今天可能被大扣分了。 我第一次讓我感覺體貼好難。我也沒辦法解釋出結果來 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.185.79.10
