  • 公有地龍眼無人採收議員指責市府暴殄天物

記者莊漢昌／台南報導

台南市南區竹溪沿岸的南門路、國民路與大成路一段交會處，兩旁的市有地種有不少結實纍纍的龍眼樹，卻無人採收，任其自然掉落成垃圾。市議員蔡淑惠、洪玉鳳、陳文科指責市府暴殄天物，籲請市府清查全市公有地上的農作物，並依產期將這些水果外包讓水果商採收，或開放讓市民採果樂。

市議員蔡淑惠表示，南區竹溪兩旁種滿水果樹早已存在多年，其中以龍眼樹最多，其次還有芭蕉及難得一見的紅芭樂，今年可能因為龍眼的總產量較少，因此價格並不便宜，品質較好的等級，市面上一台斤的價格高達50幾元以上，次級品一台斤也需40元，讓愛吃龍眼的民眾荷包大失血。

洪玉鳳說，今年的龍眼價格俏，但竹溪兩旁的龍眼樹迄今卻仍不見採收，實在不合常理，因此特向市府都發局查詢龍眼樹的土地所有權人，發覺竟然是台南市政府，難怪現在即使是龍眼的產期，以及龍眼的價格高，卻沒人理會，任樹上的龍眼枯乾掉落，實在很浪費。

陳文科說，台南市閒置的市有地不少，尤其縣市合併之後，原有的台南縣幅地遼闊，類似竹溪兩旁種滿龍眼樹的情形應該很多，市府有責任全面清查並造冊登錄，每年依產期將這些水果樹外包給水果商採收販售，市庫可多一筆收入，或者規劃開放讓市民採果。

【李銘宏／台北報導】馬英九總統結束「賀誼專案」出訪行程，今天清晨6時許返抵桃園機場。馬英九在機場發表簡短演說表示，此次行程收穫很多，去了很多國家，過境美國也見了許多重要的人士，並表示縮短原本過境行程規劃，提早回來和民眾一起防災。

總統馬英九在機場發表此行簡短心得約15分鐘後，隨即離開前往中央災害應變中心視察颱風災情。
