【綜合報導】蘑菇減肥法近期在歐美大為流行，不少名人明星更聲稱，吃蘑菇減肥，只瘦腰臀腿，胸部不會受影響。真的如此神奇？有女記者親身嘗試，發現胸部尺寸不變之餘，腰和臀都明顯變瘦。 英國《每日郵報》報導，用蘑菇減肥很簡單，只要連續14日，每日都有一餐只吃蘑菇，而且蘑菇最好生吃，因為生蘑菇保存最多營養而熱量最少。蘑菇減肥法的支持者認為，蘑菇富含蛋白質與纖維，比一般蔬菜的飽肚時間更長，且又含豐富維他命B、鐵及鋅，也能使皮膚更健康、頭髮更閃亮。 女記者安娜試了兩周蘑菇減肥法後，臀圍由40吋減到39吋，腰圍由28吋減到27.5吋，胸圍維持33.5吋不變，體重輕了1.4公斤。營養治療師指出，多吃蘑菇，相對會少吃高熱量食物，確實有減肥效果。但對於吃蘑菇可以燃燒身體某部位脂肪的說法，表示懷疑。而且吃太多蘑菇有可能導致腹瀉。

由歌劇「悲慘世界」『Do You Hear the People Sing?』歌曲改編的台語版「你敢有聽着咱的歌」於7月28日推出後，震撼人心。填詞者吳易澄醫師，本希望能向唱片公司取得授權，但卻沒有獲得正面回應。但昨（15）日華納國際則去電「李江却台語文教基金會」告知，因為侵犯他們歌曲版權，並將於近日正式發函警告。
「李江却台語文教基金會」總幹事陳豐惠指出，辦公室是15日收到華納國際公司來電警告。但詳細內容，他們還不知道，需等到該公司正式來函，才會得知相關版權爭議。目前辦公室已經將網站上的音樂連結暫時下架。
而原始改編的吳易澄醫師也與音樂家王希文於15日深夜發出「未取得著作授權聲明」指出，自從「你敢有聽着咱的歌」（台語版Do You Hear the People Sing?）在網路上發表以來，受到國人的大量的轉寄與輔以影像製作，從原先朋友之間的分享，到帶動公民社會對社會公義的關注，這是填詞者始料未及的。他們也因應公民的行動而重新編曲並錄製合唱管弦版本，並嘗試向唱片公司（Warner/Chappell Music）取得授權。
聲明表示，很可惜的是，「你敢有聽着咱的歌」的音樂並沒有獲得著作權人的授權。因此他們第一時間將音樂檔案從原先發佈的平台下架，也聲明不會再主動進行與鼓勵這首歌曲的散佈。有些朋友先前陸續詢問是否有樂譜可供使用，他們也必須婉拒了。
聲明表示，這首歌所引起的效應絕非一個人所能帶動，過程中我們見證了公民社會的力量。期望「咱」依舊能聽見遠方的鼓聲，為着民主自由奮力前進。
至於華納公司，由於新頭殼於深夜得知此訊息，截稿之前，尚無法取得該公司的回應。
根據維基百科相關記載，「悲慘世界」原始音樂作者是法籍音樂家Claude-Michel Schönberg於1980年創作。隨後，美國百老匯樂團到世界各國演唱時，也多曾將「Do You Hear the People Sing?」這首歌改編成當地語言。
2010年前後，俄羅斯當局曾以取締盜版軟體為由，侵入多個異議團體進行搜索，並將當事人起訴，引發譁然。最後迫使微軟公司法務長Brad Smith宣佈，「我們在此表明，我們明確地厭惡任何利用智財權，去壓迫政治團體或追求不當個人利得的作法。我們正迅速採取行動，移除任何涉及此類行為的誘因或能力。」

我能否參加九月的國際民航組織年會ICAO部分，馬英九總統14日在巴拉圭與國內媒體茶敘時透露，因為美國參、眾議剛通過支持我們參與的法律，他過境美國紐約時接觸的每一個人，都談到此問題並關切台灣下一步如何走。馬總統說，我們表達一定透過管道和各方溝通，其中包括大陸，因為我們和大陸民航部門本來就有溝通管道；九月能否參加ICAO年會，還在努力中。
