洪案引發民眾憤怒，凸顯台灣軍中酷刑問題，國際特赦組織今天發出聲明，要求台灣政府簽署加入「國際禁止酷刑公約」，禁止酷刑和其他不人道的懲處。

國際特赦組織要求台灣政府確保所有相關申訴和事件都能獲得獨立單位迅速且公正的調查，涉嫌從事酷刑的人則應於調查期間暫停職務，並確保受害者能獲得國家賠償及適當的醫療照護。

手機機型:xperia V 問題: 目前似乎googlp map已拿掉與臉書app結合的定位功能 (若有錯誤請糾正 沒仔細看最新更新說明) 而轉移到google+(不過實地測試 與臉書app的定位功能還是存在) 但想請問的是 發布訊息時若選擇"相片"或"狀態" 輸入或點選完文字 照片後 訊息那欄右下角不再顯示所在鄉鎮市英文名稱(以前會自動定位後顯示) 送出訊息後 就只會顯示是以"手機"送出 而沒有所在鄉鎮市名稱 請問該如何解決或有其他解決之道?? 總不能一直用"打卡"這個選項來替代 還只是個別手機發生的案例 還請告知 謝謝 -- *以上皆有開啟GPS進行 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.10.45.67

這一週真得好閃好粉紅阿>/////http://lljs914.pixnet.net/blog/post/187047143 「防空洞來了!藏好!」這真的是目前為止我最喜歡的一句台詞了! 明明上一個場景，主君才因為生氣而被太陽給趕走，結果一聽到附近出了事故，死了很多 人，馬上就擔心起太陽， 自動衝出去當防空洞了!! 當初在第三集裡說：「防空洞？你敲門試試看，絕對不會開門 」結果下一集就自己跑去了，完全心口不一XD 這週的劇情很明顯的可以感受到主君對太陽的在意，總覺得是以好奇心為出發點，漸漸得 變成關心。 有很多場面，其實主君都可以選擇無視太陽，就像他們初次見面那樣，直接甩掉她，不理 她。 但是這個女人總是不死心的載她身邊轉，讓他開始想知道，到底為什麼？是為了什麼，這 個女人要這樣？ 像是在停車場，太陽被高跟鞋女鬼追的時候， 主君一開始不裡她開車走了，但是他看到太陽很害怕的樣子，又無法完全忽視不理， 結果又倒車，甚至下車去質問太陽了。 因為要碰到主君鬼才會消失，所以這對CP的Skinship真得好多阿>//////////////※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.170.115.168

嘉義地方法院因應軍事審判法修正案明天生效，14日開會成立2個軍事審判專股，由刑庭庭長兼發言人林坤志及庭長蔡廷宜承辦，法院預計接收的軍事審判案件共有酒駕肇事逃逸公共危險，以及妨害性自主罪等2案、2名被告軍人，由南部軍事法院移交，無人犯在押。

依照與南部軍事法院協調時程，明日上午南部軍事法院會會將2案卷宗送交嘉義地院，法院清點無誤隨即分案，交承辦股法官閱卷審理。

餐廳名稱：有一家鹽酥雞 消費時間：2013/08/09 營業地址：新竹市新源街100號 營業電話：0963-367955; 0919-720809 營業時間：4:30 p.m.~1:00 a.m. (每周日公休) 消費金額：NT $135 *圖文網誌版* http://jjeenn.pixnet.net/blog/post/98033955 ----------------------------------------------- 每個人都有一個"巷口的鹽酥雞"， 而這是我家的巷口鹽酥雞； 雖然它並非直接坐落於我家的巷子口， 但拿起安全帽，出門後，隨即帶回的美味， 就是從小那巷口鹽酥雞的美麗回憶。 腦海中的簡單印象， 想起來都會令人口水直流； 出門採買的人，在家門口，那安全帽與鑰匙碰撞的聲響， 接著拖鞋、開門喀喀扣扣後， 就是那撲鼻的香氣，哇~ 真令人等不及拿出冰涼的飲料與之共舞阿! 原本是全家新竹建源店旁的小攤車， 但它現在已經在新源街上有店面! 如此一來，就不會像以前一樣，若遇到下雨，小攤車就不能營業的狀況； 店面明亮、乾淨，沒有過多的裝飾， 而老闆還是一樣親切、健談 :) 牆上有著清楚的價目表； 大部分的食材皆呈現在攤車上的櫃子裡， 但若沒看到想吃的選項，記得可以詢問老闆! 除了一般常見的炸物外， 這裡還有許多青菜可供選擇， 青菜一份一律NT $30； 將剛起鍋的炸物，灑上蒜頭， 在依客人的口味加入適量的辣椒粉，隨即完成。 此次我們點了四季豆、鹽酥雞、米血以及魷魚。 ▲ 四季豆 NT $30 這是我們每次必點的四季豆! 店家利用大火快速過油後， 讓四季豆的口感變的爽脆，配上小蒜頭丁和些許的辣椒粉，真的非常配! (小蒜頭丁很搶戲) 還記得第一次造訪有一家鹽酥雞時，隨興想點個青菜， 就是這四季豆，讓我們成為了老顧客， 有時不想進食肉類食物，我們甚至還會僅單點四季豆作為消夜解解饞。 一倒出來，香氣實在太過於誘人， 使拍照的我，也忍不住開始吃了起來。 ▲ 鹽酥雞(小份) NT $40 許多的鹽酥雞，都是先油炸後再刷上獨家配方的沾醬， 雖然別有一番風味， 但我們還是鍾愛這種沒有刷醬的口味； 有一家的鹽酥雞，雞肉鮮嫩且是屬於去骨型的， 一口接著一口，超順嘴，不留意的話就瞬間吃完了...!! ▲ 米血 NT $15 米血外酥內軟，不像切的太薄炸過後會過於乾澀，而且越嚼越香! 15元的價位對應其份量及美味，我們覺得CP值相當高； ▲ 魷魚 NT $50 魷魚最怕的就是不新鮮、有腥味、咬起來粉粉的， 但是有一家鹽酥雞的魷魚完全不會； 裹上厚薄適度的麵衣，與鹽酥雞有所差異， 魷魚的麵衣稍微厚一點， 油炸過後，外皮稍酥脆下的魷魚，口感仍維持相當地Q彈、軟嫩。 ----------------------------------------------- =總結= 有一家鹽酥雞的炸物，配上起鍋後隨即灑上的小辣椒粉和大蒜， 在老闆快速的翻轉下，鍋內食材的熱度烘出蒜香、辣椒香，好吃! 即使放冷了，還是不會感到油膩感，且美味度也毫不遜減。 這是我家巷口的鹽酥雞，你呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.195.206.103
