【高佳菁／台北報導】台新投顧董事長吳火生表示，受電價10月上漲波及，台股開低一路走低，盤中下跌50餘點，其中又以用電量較大的鋼鐵、水泥、塑化類股跌幅較大，而大立光等蘋果派在連漲2天，隨大盤走跌，股價也跟著小跌，由於量能不出，預期指數將在區間震盪。
 
吳火生指出，目前月線與季線呈現下彎，且台股已連彈2日，在量能不出，指數續航力受阻，不過，今天為季報揭露最後一天，加上MSCI季度調整確定，隨著不確定因素消除，明天起台股將回歸基本面，短線盤面聚焦在蘋果概念股或以壽險或企金為主的金融股。

【綜合報導】英國一名15歲少年，在今年2月涉嫌在學校教室裡性侵一名女老師，近日被判進入少年感化院4年。

據了解，當時這名少年與受害女教師在電腦教室內單獨相處，少年向老師表示有心事，但轉眼間上前強抱老師，老師一度掙脫對方，但少年早已將教室門反鎖，老師無計可施，少年步步進逼，並把手伸進老師裙下，為所欲為。

老師的同事這時聽到老師的慘叫聲和少年的笑聲，但無法順利進入教室內，最後其他老師想盡辦法破門而入，把驚魂未定的女老師救出。據悉，女教師經歷這次恐怖事件後，飽受精神創傷，已不能重返學校教書。

少年辯護律師表示，少年的童年時期艱苦，曾受虐待。法官則對少年說，對一個全心想幫助他的女性而言，這是一次可怕經歷，又指少年近乎「危險青年」，因此判他進入感化院，並將他終身列入性侵犯名冊。
