一、 教育部「高職免學費」及「高中齊一公私立學費」政策

(一) 職業類科申請「高職免學費」

條件：家戶年所得在新臺幣114萬元以下。

符合條件者可申請學費全額22,530元。(動畫科、表藝科33,560元)

不符合條件者亦可申請定額補助5,000元。

(二) 普通科申請「高中齊一公私立學費」

條件：1、家戶年所得在新臺幣114萬元以下。

2、且家戶年利息所得未達新臺幣10萬元。

3、且家戶僅擁有2筆以下不動產，或家戶擁有3筆以上且公告現值總和在新臺幣650萬元以下不動產。

符合上列條件，可申請公私立學費差額補助16,560元。

不符合條件者亦可申請定額補助5,000元。

二、 休學、退學、重讀及轉學學生依下列規定辦理

(一)休學、退學：上課後未逾學期三分之一而休、退學者，應全數繳回已領之本項補助款。

(二)重讀復學：重讀或復學原年級原學期已領有本項補助者，不得再提出申請。

(三)轉學：轉學至本校且重讀原年級並已領有本項補助者，不得再提出申請。

三、 填寫聲明書注意事項

領有軍公教子女教育補助、原住民族籍學生助學金、殘障學生或殘障人士子女就學減免(補助)學雜費、低收入戶子女就學減免(補助)學雜費、軍公教遺族子女減免學雜費、現役軍人子女減免學雜費、學產基金獎助學金、傷殘榮軍子女就學費用、特殊境遇婦女之子女教育補助費用者及外籍人士等均不得申請本項補助，請填寫「聲明書」。

三、單親家庭的同學，請導師於學生特殊困難(導師簽註意見並簽章)欄勾選該學生為「單親家庭」並務必檢附「三個月內戶籍謄本正本」。

四、需備齊證件

1.父、母及學生本人之戶口名簿影印本。請裝訂於申請表後。

請用螢光筆畫記父母及學生姓名於影本上。

(若家長與學生不同戶口，則其它戶口名簿影本一併繳交)

2.家長學生簽章一律「蓋印章」以便教育部查核。

3.繳回時請按座號由小到大排列，未繳回原因請述明，填於概況表上。

高雄市政府13日發出新聞稿指出，高雄市長陳菊13日繼續於廈門市進行考察，前後走訪了鼓浪嶼、廈門東渡國際郵輪中心和城市規劃館，她表示，高雄和廈門都是國際知名的貨櫃貿易港，在國際物流鏈中扮演重要角色，均致力於發展郵輪母港，未來希望開發更多郵輪航線，串連兩岸主要港口城市。代表團一行下午也特別撥冗至廈門大學，和臺灣研究院院長劉國深簡單會晤。

高雄市政府代表團上午參訪了鼓浪嶼，鼓浪嶼位於廈門西南隅，與廈門市隔海相望，如同高雄的旗津，島上有兩座鋼琴博物館，參訪後，高雄市長陳菊特別為博物館題字「鼓浪琴潮，百樂齊鳴」作為紀念。

陳菊認為，鼓浪嶼和旗津渡輪有相似的海島風光，鼓浪嶼十分漂亮，歷史文化古蹟保存完善，但旗津也有不一樣的人文風情，暑假期間遊客，兩岸人民應多觀光交流。

下午一行人繼續前往廈門東渡國際郵輪中心考察，今年廈門港對台灣的貨物吞吐量為1,352萬噸，其中有三分之一來自高雄，集裝箱吞吐量佔全球排名第19位，其中高雄就佔了7成，旅客吞吐量則為1,092萬人次，並且正積極發展郵輪母港。

陳菊在廈門港口管理局局長蔡良涯及廈門港務控股集團有限公司董事長鄭永邦陪同下進行參訪，探討兩港未來合作事宜。

陳菊表示，高雄要發展郵輪母港，廈門港務局就是高雄首要合作對象之一，目前兩港已有密切往來，未來希望可以開發更多郵輪航線，串連天津、廈門、高雄、澎湖、香港等港口城市。

市府代表團一行隨後也參觀了廈門城市規劃館及廈門大學，和廈大臺灣研究院院長劉國深簡單會晤後，陳菊表示，到了廈門一定要到學術重鎮廈門大學看看，尤其廈大台研院對兩岸關係有很多深入的研究，對於中國大陸擬訂兩岸政策有重大影響力，期待未來有更多的互動，讓雙方更加認識及理解。

為增加兩城市相互交流及瞭解，市府代表團下午6時於瑞頤酒店舉行「高雄推介會」活動，分別由市府經濟發展局、觀光局、都市發展局介紹高雄投資環境、觀光資源及今年最大的國際盛會2013亞太城市高峰會（APCS）。
