陳哲男曾在他的「總統府週記」一書中表示，黃效先是由當時的行政院請求前總統蔣中正減刑，與勳章抵命無關。陳哲男說他曾調閱相關檔案，發現民國四十六年前行政院長俞鴻鈞據司法行政部呈，為判處死刑的已故陸軍上將黃百韜之子黃效先請命，呈請俯念黃百韜死事之哀烈，恩及遺雛，依赦免法規定，特免黃效先一死。這份公文到蔣總統手裡，批示照准，使黃效先逃過死劫。國防部官員說，蔣總統考量黃百韜功勳卓著，為國成仁，於四十六年十一月十二日，依憲法第四十條和赦免法第四條規定，特赦黃效先；黃效先於民國五十八年獲假釋出獄。

總統府今天以「最速件」並「加刊」的方式，將最新修正的軍審法公布在公報上。府方人士說，公布後三天起正式生效，因此預計周四起實施。府方人士說，原本總統府公報是於每周三發行，但根據公報發行作業要點規定，遇有特殊狀況、具敏感時效性，可以增刊一期，因此府方今天立即加發公報。

府方人士說，總統府於昨天下午收到立法院咨文，立即在美國白天時間以傳真方式傳至美國紐約，等總統馬英九一早醒來簽名後回傳，並在今天行政院上班時間，將公文交由行政院長江宜樺、國防部長嚴明副署，完全沒有耽誤時間，立即按照程序增刊公報，於上午完成公布。

現在目前最新的自用小客車的新式車牌
(101年12月17日起換發的這種)
原本的舊車牌(2+4碼),到時後一定要強制換發嗎?
還是說舊有車牌可以一直用下去
直到車輛報廢為止

因在網路上查到的說法不一
希望有真的了解的人說明一下

眼石早點出是真的經濟會比較好
要打第一套出裝carry 型的就可以先出蜥蜴
打第二套出裝的紅爪後出眼石會比較好，經濟會好很多
之後在考慮要輸出還是要坦

而且我想李星前期等級比裝備重要

LED迎賓踏板 10. 救車線 Etag(無儲值) 加上領牌、強制險、女30歲乙式全險(限駕2人) 以上現金價70萬。 其中有2個問題想請教： A.我跑了3間FORD，問到的價錢最便宜是70萬，而且都很硬不給殺，請問 談判方面的有何技巧?
