【黃子騰／新北報導】16年前犯下奪槍殺害刑警小隊長林安順案的毒販李得陽、陳達民，法院根據現場圖及彈道比對，認定真兇是李得陽，最高法院今天判處李無期徒刑定讞。

林安順遺孀王貞文聽到判決結果後，難過的表示法官竟輕判無期徒刑，實在太不應該了。她哭訴，李得陽根本是擔心警方後續追緝，因此蓄意槍殺林安順，林安順當時已受傷倒地，根本無法再追捕，李要逃跑根本不費吹灰之力，但卻冷血槍殺她先生，事後辯稱是躲避追捕，並非預謀殺人，根本是脫罪之詞。

王貞文表示，她這16年來守寡辛苦地將小孩帶大，就是為了等待正義伸張的一刻。沒想到法官竟然聽信李得陽的說詞，這不是遭歹徒殺害的林安順及家屬所要的公道，「到死都會抗爭到底，一定會再提出上訴!」
