【劉智維／高雄報導】因莫拉克風災休園迄今的藤枝森林遊樂區，本月被林務局工作人員發現已瀕臨絕種的台灣黑熊現蹤。林務局屏東林管處人員表示，本月10日兩名工作人員進行園區步道維護時，赫然發現一頭台灣黑熊在30公尺外現身，驚喜之餘，拿起手機拍下熊蹤，該頭台灣黑熊發現兩人後隨即爬樹離去。

林務局表示，位於桃源山區的藤枝森林遊樂區是著名觀光景點，動植物生態資源豐富，開園期間遊客眾多，對野生動物活動造成較大干擾。88風災後因聯外道路藤枝林道等毀損，基於安全考量休園至今已逾4年。屏東林管處處長黃妙修表示，園區休園期間意外成為野生動物樂園，未來將持續觀察台灣黑熊在該園區內活動地點及情形，做為園區經營參考。

【綜合報導】北京朝陽公園一寵物樂園發生罕見意外，前日傍晚一個供小狗游泳的水池突然漏電，導致兩隻狗被電死，彭姓狗主落水救愛犬時，也不幸觸電身亡。

據悉，26歲的彭姓死者為央視新聞剪接師，工作勤奮，新婚燕爾。有目擊者稱，現場缺少管理者，事發時也沒有提供充份救援，導致死者未能及時獲救。樂園目前已關閉維修。
