計程車真的是民眾大吐苦水的好地方？挪威總理史托騰柏格（Jens Stoltenberg）也這麼認為！大選將近，史托騰柏格（Jens Stoltenberg）希望能聽到選民真正的心聲，扮成計程車司機載客。路程中不少民眾認出他，但多年沒開車的他，竟被吐槽：「你真的開得很糟！」

根據《中央社》的報導，挪威總理史托騰柏格11日透露，他曾在6月某天下午喬裝成計程車司機載客，希望了解選民的真實心聲。近日他把載客實錄上傳到臉書（Facebook）、推特（Twitter）和YouTube上。他在影片中表示：「對我來說，傾聽民眾真實想法很重要。民眾最容易吐露心聲的地方，就是在計程車上。」

影片中的史托騰柏格身穿計程車司機制服、戴上墨鏡，乍看之下就像一般計程車司機。他選擇在首都奧斯陸街上行駛，載客過程中除非有乘客認出他，否則史托騰柏格不會表明身分。

載客的過程笑料百出，有乘客說：「從這個角度看，你看起來真的好像總理喔。」還有一名婦人在認出他後，藉機抱怨企業老闆薪水高得不合理，希望他能想辦法。

已經8年沒開車的史托騰柏格，還一度因為操作失誤而突然剎車。當時在計程車內的女乘客吐槽：「這真不是我見過最好的開車技術。」她還笑著說：「我不太滿意這樣的駕駛。」而另1名乘客更直接的表示：「你真的開得很糟。」

挪威將於9月9日舉行大選，競選活動正如火如荼展開。這段深入民間假扮計程車司機的過程，將會成為史托騰柏格競選下屆總理的最佳宣傳片。

據《蘋果日報》的報導，當地記者也詢問他如果9月選舉輸了，是否會考慮轉行當計程車司機，史托騰柏格笑說：「我想我當總理，才能為人民做到最好的服務。」

高雄世運主場館24日即將登場的搖滾樂演出，越來越熱鬧，除了史密斯飛船Aerosmith、台灣伍佰&China Blue、MATZKA樂團外，日本樂團FLOW，狼人樂團MAN WITH A MISSION也宣布加入，本土、西洋、東洋等12個搖滾樂團將尬陣拚戰8小時。

日本樂團FLOW曾4度包辦超人氣動畫「火影忍者」系列主題曲。以少數雙主唱形式的FLOW，1998年由兄弟檔KOHSHI、TAKE組成，1999年加入了KEIGO，GOT’S，2000年再加入IWASAKI成為現在的5人樂團。

FLOW在2005年開始發行的單曲屢屢搭配了多部超人氣動畫，使FLOW的人氣在動漫界一口氣提高，包括「NARUTO火影忍者」、「交響詩篇艾蕾卡7」、「CODE GEASS 反叛的魯路修 R2」、「女神異聞錄」、「NARUTO火影少年篇」、「交響詩篇艾蕾卡 7 TR1:NEW WAVE」、「HEROMAN」等，最近則參與「龍珠」全新電影版翻唱經典主題曲「CHA-LA HEAD-CHA-LA」。

狼人樂團MAN WITH A MISSION是新世代日本辨識度最高的當紅樂團，演唱「瘋狂假面真人電影」主題曲。從2010開始活動至今，至今發行過4張專輯，多元曲風融合搖滾、電子及嘻哈等元素。

5人組成的狼人樂團，所到之處一律戴著狼頭以狼人之姿出現，主唱兼團長Tokyo Tanaka、吉他手兼發言人同時負責創作及演唱的Jean-Ken Johnny、貝斯Kamikaze Boy、鼓手Spear Rib以及DJ Santa Monica，謎樣身世加上強大的現場演出爆發力，席捲日本各地。

狼人樂團2010年前往美國展開『WELCOME TO THE NEWWORLD』巡迴演唱時, 史密斯飛船主唱Steven Tyler熱情的在Aerosmith的演唱會上大喊出『WELCOME TO THE NEWWORLD』的演唱會名稱，此舉讓MAN WITH A MISSION的人氣猛烈竄升。

世運搖滾，場內「地球舞台」由Aerosmith史密斯飛船、伍佰&China Blue全台語、MATZKA的原住民雷鬼搖滾、FLOW和MAN WITH A MISSION的日本搖滾魂尬陣；場外「島嶼舞台」則由滅火器、電子女團Go Chic等7組台灣獨立樂團對決。

法律信箱：妻未簽房貸契約 不算連帶保證人2013年07月16日
我是房貸付款人，依銀行說法我的妻子是房屋貸款的當然連帶保證人，請問假如我付不出房貸的話，是不是由連帶保證人負責還？一旦我付不出房貸，會直接查扣我名下的動產及不動產嗎？我妻子的財產是否也會被查扣？查扣的財產會直接法拍？將來如果我與妻子離婚，我結婚前的不動產也要和妻子均分嗎？
如果讀者是向銀行借款的房屋貸款人，除非讀者的妻子有在房屋貸款契約上簽名，表示她願意擔任該筆貸款的連帶保證人，否則這筆貸款與讀者的妻子無關，不會因為是貸款人妻子的身分，就被視為是貸款的當然連帶保證人。
拍賣不足額將追償
當讀者無法按期攤還房屋貸款本息時，銀行會先實行抵押權，也就是拍賣這間房屋，再以拍賣所得的價金償還房屋貸款的本金與利息。
若拍賣所得金額還不夠清償貸款時，針對不足額的部分，銀行應會再向讀者及連帶保證人追償，此時極有可能會查封、拍賣讀者名下的動產及不動產。
從讀者的來信內容看來，讀者與妻子間並未針對夫妻財產制，事先有做特別約定，也沒有先講好是要依共同財產制或分別財產制，依照法律規定，未事先約定者，就應適用法定財產制。
當讀者與妻子離婚時，法定夫妻財產制關係就屬消滅，其中一方可主張剩餘財產分配請求權，但僅能針對兩人結婚之後，雙方所產生的「婚後財產」提出請求，至於讀者婚前取得的不動產，妻子無權要求分配。

看到上面那篇新聞就想到有一次 在網路上約了一個女生吃飯 女生說要吃C提 看照片我以為是正妹 結果約出來 幹 普普 大概是吃夜市牛排等級就夠的 (如果是龍妹根本不必吃) 結果我們就去吃 在那之前我也沒說我要請客 正常應該是平分吧 吃的過程也沒有聊得很開心 就有一句沒一句 結果吃完後我做勢要拿帳單付錢 女生居然裝死 幹 在那邊滑手機 後來乾脆跑去廁所 媽的 擺明要我付錢就對了 又不是很正 就算當女朋友追到了也帶不出門 我決定厚著臉皮拿著帳單去櫃檯 跟店員講分開付 我就付了一半 然後就走了 有叫店員留話給她 說我家有事 我急急忙忙先閃 不要問我後來怎樣 我也不知道 因為我頭也不回的跑走了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.116.234.248

狂犬病再擴散　殃及38鄉鎮市

【綜合報導】指揮中心今表示，昨新增13例鼬獾確診為狂犬病，發現地區包括嘉義縣番路鄉2例，台中市新社區，南投縣竹山鎮、仁愛鄉及魚池鄉，雲林縣古坑鄉，台南市龍崎區，高雄市六龜區及阿蓮區，台東縣東河鄉、延平鄉及關山鎮皆各1例，其中南市龍崎區、高市六龜區及阿蓮區、東縣延平鄉及關山鎮為新增疫區，總計目前動物狂犬病發生地區已達8縣市38鄉鎮市。  

整體而言，目前除鼬獾確診染狂犬病累積75例、錢鼠僅1例，其餘物種皆未檢出染病。  

現已有38鄉鎮市發現染狂犬病鼬獾。圖為防疫人員處理鼬獾屍體。資料照片
