建台水泥管理部經理趙國生說，近年來，各地高鐵站周邊的土地行情以倍數成長，建台在高鐵左營站後方的萬坪土地，已獲得高雄市政府核准成立重劃籌備會。

「這區域少有這麼大面積且位在精華區段的土地釋出」，趙國生說，只要細部開發計畫等作業再獲准，重劃工作就可啟動，2年內完成。

高鐵帶來的南北1日生活圈成型，高鐵站附近的土地都飆漲。建台在半屏山下的土地如果順利重劃，各方也看好。先前有至少2家以上的大型建商積極評估，義聯集團也密切注意重劃案進展。

房地產界評估，建台這塊土地目前每坪價格至少50萬元，且未來還有漲價空間。如果在容積率等方面又能突破，價值更是不菲。

建台水泥債務直逼百億元，在85大樓中低樓層的資產22日將進行第二次法拍。建台的5萬多名股東無不希望公司好好處理資產，以免股票變壁紙。

建台在半屏山下的土地尚未遭債權人查封，一般認為建台有機會出售，以解決部分債務問題。建台的部分大股東傾向合作開發，希望為建台保留一線生機，伺機東山再起。

洪仲丘進塔安厝在南投縣名間鄉萬丹山生命紀念園區納骨堂後，其父母洪吉端、胡素真今天下午首度前往探視，胡素真見到仍在暫厝區的洪仲丘牌位，手撫心窩，眼眶泛紅注視良久。

陪同的洪慈庸表示，依禮俗，告別式後進塔當天，長輩不能隨行，所以爸媽是第一次到萬丹山看仲丘。

洪慈庸受訪時，也針對真相依舊不明，直批軍方及涉案的軍士官讓她們家人「真心換絕情」，並說軍中不管又有誰辭職對家屬都不重要，最重要的是制度要徹底檢討改革。

【王烱華／台北報導】國防部前靜坐抗議的2名人士，晚間9點20分左右遭國防部大門口的鐵門夾傷，也在現場抗議人士蕭忠漢說，國防部迄今不聞不問，連醫院都沒有人去慰問，根本漠視民眾的生命。和平醫院表示，2人中吳姓女士左腳踝骨折，戴姓男士右腳挫傷。

但中正一分局介壽派出所卻說，當時有兩名抗議的民眾，向國防部商借電源，打算由大門的警衛亭中牽電源線出來，但大門警衛基於駐地安全婉拒，此時國防部剛好有輛車進出，抗議民眾見借電源不成，衝向正要關上的電動門時遭夾住，另一民眾打電話報警，警方到達發現遭夾住的民眾並無受傷，但慎重起見仍將他送和平醫院觀察，遭夾住的民眾沒打算要控告國防部。

蕭忠漢說，9點多時，有4、5五名靜坐抗議人士準備進國防部溝通，當時剛好有部黑色轎車進入，守衛憲兵把鐵門打開，但不管後面已有民眾在門邊，居然直接關門，把一位姓戴的老先生及吳姓女士夾傷。雖然憲兵立即叫救護車將人送和平醫院急診室，但國防部迄今不聞不問。
 
國防部說，這二名人士是尾隨軍車進入營區，國防部已將全案交警方處理。

【綜合報導】浙江樂清市李先生6月與太太出國遊玩，臨行前將3歲女童交由保母照顧。不過夫妻外遊回家後，發現女兒只跟隨二人，不願意和保母在一起，還經常半夜哭鬧，但李先生當時都未有在意。

直至日前李先生翻看女兒房內的監視器錄影畫面，竟見8月2日當晚，女兒在床上不停哭鬧，躺在旁邊的保母不耐煩地打了幾下，隨後見女童沒有停止，就向背部連踢三 腳，將她踢到了床下，之後還拿起枕頭往她的身上扔。幾分鐘後，保母為女童換褲，就從地上拉起女童，往床上一丟，最後又將毛巾甩到孩子臉上並呼她巴掌。

李先生看過短片後怒不可遏，翌日即質問保母，對方解釋是心情不可所致。李先生即時解僱保母，但沒有報警，只有上傳視頻，希望其他家長留意子女安全。

〔自由時報記者李容萍／中壢報導〕「咦！小男童怎麼爬進去的？」桃園縣一名兩歲小男童，疑似受不了夾娃娃機內玩偶誘惑，竟從夾娃娃機取物處鑽進去，受困其中嚎啕大哭，消防人員趕來將櫥窗玻璃整片卸下，才讓飽受驚嚇的小男童脫困；本案應是國內首宗兒童受困夾娃娃機意外。

內壢消防分隊前晚9點37分獲報，一名幼兒受困夾娃娃機內，小隊長李家翔及隊員徐嘉佑、蔡彥廷趕到，果然發現小男童坐在玩偶堆裡，當場傻眼。小男童父母不斷隔窗安撫，圍觀民眾也納悶「這個『真娃娃』怎麼爬進去的？」

小男童父母當時在中壢市一家小吃店，和朋友餐敘慶祝父親節，身高80多公分、重約10公斤的小男童，獨自跑到隔鄰自助夾娃娃機店，可能受到機台內各式玩偶誘惑，竟從一台夾娃娃機的取物處（比B4紙張還小）鑽進去，向上爬進玩偶堆。

剛開始小男童覺得有趣，歡天喜地把玩，父母親發現兒子不見，四處尋找，看到他在娃娃機內，當場愣住；由於業者不在，沒鑰匙打開夾娃娃機，趕緊打119求援。

消防人員以破壞鉗撬開玻璃櫥窗，取下整片玻璃，20分鐘後小男童脫困。經營夾娃娃機店的郭老闆當時人在新竹，他說，夾娃娃機取物處上方的洞口，原本設有約20公分長木條，功能是只出不進，以確保消費者拿到商品，同時外物無法進入，研判是木條鬆脫導致。
