市府前丟車 民眾批治安第一騙人 中華日報 記者王捷／台南報導 　台南市政府前有汽車失竊，吳姓車主大罵「不久前市長還說治安滿意度五都第一，結果 都是假的」。警方表示，竊案正由警四分局偵查隊追查，偵查隊長鐘國強卻對外宣稱「近 日無竊案，安平，平安」。 國民黨市議員謝龍介諷刺「全市一心，上行下效，賴市長拿治安滿意度第一，不知道是不 是粉飾太平得來？」 　吳姓車主表示，六日早上九點他開「日產」自小客車上班，將車停在市政府前南島路， 下午六點下班發現車子不見了，同事聽說車子停在「治安滿意度第一」的台南市政府前， 居然還會被偷，大感驚訝。 　華平派出所接到報案，也感到訝異，直呼不可能，認為小偷應該不敢在市府前偷竊，更 何況是上班出入頻繁的時段，該所是第一次聽說南島路上發生竊案。 　民眾質疑警方說謊，指停在南島路上的汽車已經被偷好幾輛了，只是警方為了市府面子 ，不敢承認而已。 　有警員私下透露，日前台南市警局開會，高層指示要「降低」竊案，警員都知道竊案只 能「預防」不能「降低」，說穿了就是要警察吃案，知情不報，就等於沒有竊案發生。竊 案件數少，表面上看起來台南治安很好，但是很多民眾不知道，台南的破案率是六都最後 一名。 　議員謝龍介表示，賴市長上任已經兩年半了，政見裡的建設一項都沒落實，可是南部選 民很可愛，問什麼都說「好」，治安自然也「好」了，賴市長因此拿了治安滿意度第一。 但現在大門前遭竊，警察跟著粉飾太平，賴市長好意思拿治安第一名嗎？ http://ppt.cc/NKuU -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 142.91.217.204

標題[請問] 本票的申請執行
