我的手機galaxy premier 的cpu怪怪...

我拿的是samsung galaxy premier，
是雙核心1GB RAM
可是不知道為什麼
我用「cpu z」這個程式看一下cpu狀態時
常常cpu使用量是在50%以上，且常常會跑到100%
（我後台沒有程式的情況下）

還有我的時脈最高能到1.5GHz
可是我看cpu z 時大部分的時間只跑到800MHz或1100MHz
很少會到1.5G的

還有之前一次，去看了一下cpu z結果只剩一個核心在運作另一個寫「stop」
我還以為它偵測錯，開遊戲起來玩看看
結果整個流暢度和loading的時間頓掉很多，重開機後另一個核心才恢復運行

我的手機cpu是不是有啥問題還是有東西在吃資源
因為我同學的s2是1.2G雙核，應該要比我的還慢
可是他的整個超順 正常操作下完全沒頓過 之前看過他的cpu使用量也都在50%下
他的系統是android 4.0更新後沒恢復原廠，程式灌比我還多

順帶給cpu規格：
TI OMAP 4470 德州儀器的
Cortex A9 架構
45奈米製程

還有 那個cpu z 的程式除了把我的TI OMAP 4470辨識成舊版4430之外
其他都很準

我想申辦中華333專案 鎖定sony ZL跟Asus infinity這支 想請問大家哪一支比較推薦
此外 我同事建議我用533網路比較夠用(因為我現在手機上網每月也只有頂多300MB) 但他說我扮智慧機後會不夠用 這是真的嗎?

那若我瓣333後真的不夠用 再升級533可以嗎?

外置的雙眼：可穿戴式計算設備Argus，能幫助盲人恢復一定視力

997b76ef26a30d1bfc33e0675ff1744d Argus 是一款可穿戴式電腦設備，在視網膜上植入 60 個微型電極，還需要佩戴一副類似太陽眼鏡的設備，它可以幫助視覺神經細胞未受損的盲人恢復一定的視力——包括辨別物體的形狀和顏色。

不久之前我們報導過可以為盲人「指路」的手機app「 BlindSquare」，通透過語音瀏覽來幫助盲人無需他人幫助就可以獨立前往自己想去的地方。而 Argus 則是一款效果更為直接的可穿戴式電腦設備，它可以幫助視覺神經細胞未受損的盲人恢復一定的視力——包括辨別物體的形狀和顏色。

Second Sight 為了開發 Argus 經歷了約 20 年的研究和領床實驗，直到最近通過了美國食品及藥品管理局的批准。這款用於醫療領域的可穿戴式電腦設備將會很快在美國的部分醫療中心開始售賣，其中包括了三藩市的加利福尼亞大學。

Argus 並不能幫助盲人徹底恢復視力，盲人在它的幫助下只能看到一些黑白的邊緣和對照點，但是大腦在接受訓練後會開始將這些人工資料轉化為視覺嚮導。儘管無法幫助盲人像健康人那樣清晰地看到這個世界，但 Argus 所生成的視覺資訊已經足夠能幫助盲人實現基本的獨立自處能力——例如安全地過馬路、在無人引導的情況下走過陌生的房間等等。

要使用 Argus，那首先必須得接受一項手術：在視網膜上植入 60 個微型電極。除此之外，還需要佩戴一副類似太陽眼鏡的設備，這副眼鏡內建了Webcam和數位訊號處理器。處理器晶片會將Webcam所捕捉到的光線轉化成為電子活動模式，並無線傳輸到連接在微型電極上的接收器上。這些電極將會刺激視網膜細胞，向大腦傳輸相對應的視覺資訊。由於這個過程的實現要求患者的視覺神經細胞尚未受損，因此只有部分患者能夠受益。


Argus 的「硬體規格」並不像它的「治癒能力」那麼的神奇。它所使用的Webcam與一般的手機鏡頭沒什麼區別，而用於處理圖像資訊的 DSP 晶片也只是普通消費級別的電子元件而已。而且，由於 Argus 是一款投入醫療領域使用的設備，任何硬體設定的改動都會導致需要重新接受 FDA 冗長的審查。目前 Argus 所使用的 DSP 晶片已經是十年前的「老古董」了。

Argus 目前正在研發一款名叫 Acuboost 的軟體平台，他們稱軟體的升級過程跟升級電腦的作業系統一樣簡單。他們還在通過改進演算法來改進解析度、對焦和縮放，目前的最新軟體已經可以了自動調整亮度和顏色識別。

目前 Second Sight 已經可以通過向電極傳輸不同的刺激模式來產生不同顏色的感官知覺。例如，如果 Argus 的攝影機捕捉到了紅色或者綠色，那麼視覺資訊將會以不同的電子活動模式進行編碼，並傳向植入患者眼中的電極，以此來產生不同顏色的感官知覺。但是由於個體差異，Second Sight 必須根據個人的「色點陣圖」來調整演算法。

Argus 沒有辦法幫助盲人們像普通健康人那樣清晰地看到這個世界，但最起碼，他們多多少少能看到一些東西了，這對渴望恢復「獨立性」的他們來說意義重大。

洪家律師無法調卷 家屬怨

洪仲丘案進入審判，但是軍方調查速度及辦案過程，仍令家屬不滿，就連洪家律師想要調閱偵查卷宗也被拖拖拉拉，前國防部長楊念祖曾經承諾過，讓律師團能夠調閱調查卷宗，如今律師團一再碰壁，令家屬感到不滿。

洪慈庸表示，542旅涉案人至今仍優游自在在外生活，洪家律師團將在明天(周一)提出抗告。
