中華民國籃球協會理事長、立法委員丁守中今天說，若中華男籃隊能順利殺進世界盃男籃，會極力爭取林書豪助拳。

第27屆亞洲男籃錦標賽，中華隊下午5時將出戰韓國隊，進行3、4名之戰；中華隊若獲勝，除拿下季軍，還可繼1954年、1959年後，再度進軍世界盃（當時名為世錦賽）。

中華隊在本屆亞錦賽打出好成績，除中華隊諸將球技正屬成熟期，全隊士氣高昂外，歸化中鋒戴維斯（Quincy Davis）加入，為中華隊厚實了禁區戰力，也凝聚起全隊的精神戰力。

歸化洋將效應有目共睹，也引起網友討論中華隊應找來第2名助拳人；有網友認為應再找一名比戴維斯更高大的內線中鋒，幫中華隊抗衡其他籃球強權；也有網友認為，若林書豪能加入中華隊，不僅能提升後場組織與供輸能力，林書豪的破壞力不但足以挹注得分，更因可以吸引對手看管，讓中華隊其他鋒線更好發揮。

籃協理事長、中國國民黨籍立委丁守中今天說，這屆亞錦賽，中華隊歸化中鋒戴維斯助陣，功效有目共睹，盼中華隊將士用命，順利取得前進世界盃的門票。

丁守中說，中華隊若能前進世錦賽，籃協除了加發獎金新台幣100萬元外，也會再次爭取目前效力於美國職業籃球聯盟（NBA）休士頓火箭隊的台裔控球後衛林書豪為中華隊助拳。

林書豪預定14日返台主持籃球訓練營。丁守中說，兩年前就曾爭取林書豪加入中華隊出戰在大陸武漢市舉行的男籃亞錦賽，但當時林書豪以膝蓋有傷婉拒。

不過，丁守中說，若中華隊能前進世錦賽，相信對林書豪會有一定吸引力；他會趁這次林書豪返台及10月火箭隊與印第安納溜馬隊來台比賽時，與林書豪深談，請林書豪慎重考慮，盼繼爭取戴維斯歸化後，再為中華隊增加助力。

中油公司宣布，自凌晨零時起調降各式汽、柴油價格每公升各0.1元，調整後的參考零售價格分別為92無鉛汽油每公升33.5元、95無鉛汽油每公升35.0元、98無鉛汽油每公升37.0元、超級柴油每公升32.3元。如果以50公升油箱計算，加滿油可節省5元。

中油指出，由於市場預期美國可能於9月縮減量化寬鬆(QE)購債規模、伊朗願與歐美就該國核子計畫展開實質性談判，加上利比亞下月可望增加原油生產等因素，導致國際油價下跌。

【專欄】我在軍中被黑的日子

我是志願役軍官，2003年下部隊在陸軍104旅，接營部作戰訓練業務，這是個惡夢的開始，旅部訓練官非常喜歡玩營部幕僚，常集合各營訓練官，有時我不懂他在講什麼，多問一句就挨來一頓罵。有次半夜交資料給他，他不收資料還訓了我一頓，叫我回營通知各連長去開會，官威非常大！後來他更變本加厲，即使重要的業務資料要交給他，他也以各種理由不收，而等他需要收資料時，卻又故意挑各種毛病，像說公文主旨的一跟二沒有對齊，兩者之間要空白幾公分等等，弄到過了繳交期限，又要我附懲處人令加檢討報告才願收，非常可惡！

我每天半夜在辦公室趕業務，睡不到3小時，但軍中業務永遠做不完，而碰到跟他相關的業務，他不是故意神隱起來，就是在業務資料裡雞蛋裡挑骨頭，他期別很老，各連連長都很怕他，我那時才少尉而已，再加上大家說我個性老實，遇到他只有被玩得更慘。後來我擺爛，才被換了情報業務，遠離被他玩的魔掌，軍中生活才好過些。

2006年，砲兵部隊下基地，當時來了一個新營輔導長，感覺人很好，常找人聊天。但日子一久，他狐狸尾巴就露出來了！有一次，我背紅色值星帶，當值星官要負責營上大小事，士官兵睡覺之後，還要規劃完明天行程後才能睡覺，某天營上幾個士官兵出公差，過了晚餐時間還沒回來，我打了好幾通電話連絡他們，都聯絡不上，因餐廳晚上還要開會，只好把飯菜給收拾乾淨，結果出公差的士官兵回來了沒飯吃。營輔導長知道了，在士官兵面前數落我的不是，還跟士官兵說：「今天晚餐吃的都算我的，錢我出！」隔天，他卻打電話給我：「陳排，昨天那些士官兵的晚餐錢可以給我嗎？」我是他下屬，當然乖乖雙手把錢奉上，真想不到《笑傲江湖》的岳不群出現在營上。

除此外，連上連長也常凹人，曾經半夜要我去故障的販賣機生出幾碗泡麵來，因為生不出來，隔天扣我假單，軍中這種人作威作福，只能說退伍才是真的，其它都是假的，尤其是那一堆有夠假的業務資料。
