藉由今天驚險打敗「球王」約克維奇 (Nova Djokovic)，「西班牙蠻牛」納達爾 (Rafael Nadal)可以拋開溫網之恥，宣告強勢回歸了！

這位在溫網首輪出局的法網冠軍納達爾，藉由本周舉行的羅傑斯杯網賽 (蒙特婁名人賽)，展開溫網後首戰，於今天進軍到準決賽，遭遇現任「球王」約克維奇，成了他最大的考驗。而納達爾大戰三盤後，以6：4、3：6、7：6(2)取得最後勝利。

約克維奇也是在溫網決賽敗給墨瑞 (Andy Murray)之後，藉由羅傑斯杯開始備戰美網，由於墨瑞在這場賽事早早出局，使得他無法在這裡實現復仇，然而今天對抗納達爾，倒是提供給他復仇法網準決賽失利的機會，不過，結果仍如出一轍。

法網後首度對決

法網時，納達爾準決賽大戰約克維奇那一役，是今年網壇堪最精采的一役，在那一戰納達爾苦戰五盤，才打下約克維奇，最後跟同胞選手佛瑞爾爭冠，輕鬆直落三取勝，也因此那場大戰更令難以忘懷。

約克維奇直到今天才重新有機會對陣納達爾，無獨有偶，兩人又是準決賽碰頭，事實上，也等於就是羅傑斯杯的冠軍前哨戰。果然兩人又殺出一場腥風血雨的大戰，不過，因於比賽採三盤制，兩人不用激戰到五盤，納達爾是掌握第三盤搶七機會，先取得6：0領先下，打敗現今球王。

「能在各種場地擊敗約克維奇是很重要的，因為他的水準太高了，必須表現完美才能擊敗他。」約克維奇則說，「這是非常接近的比賽，決賽關鍵就幾分之內，我也有機會，只是最後他打得更好。」

至於納達爾最後決賽對手，是加拿地主選手，世界排名13洛尼奇 (Milos Raonic)，這是納達爾時隔5年後重新打進這場事決賽。

【劉昌松／台北報導】耕莘醫院郭姓醫師被控在8年前，為一名因車禍撞到整臉骨折的丁姓男子急救時，施用過多的麻醉藥，且插管不當，導致丁的自主呼吸遭抑制，又沒有掌握丁男的血氧變化，最後丁男因肺部大量吸入自己的血液，窒息死亡，郭一審被依業務過失致死罪，判刑5個月，但最高法院認為麻藥與丁男死亡沒有直接關係，改判郭無罪定讞。

法官是根據醫事鑑定委員會的報告，認為丁男的死亡主要是因為臉部重創，血液流入呼吸道，並被吸入肺部導致心肺衰竭死亡，考量丁送醫時疼痛而嚴重躁動等原因，所以郭給予比平常高的麻藥劑量，但無法證明麻藥，就是造成血液流入呼吸道的直接因果關係，且醫院幫丁男插管後，還評估如何幫丁男進行顏面整形，可見當時丁的狀況正常，郭的醫術並無過失，改判郭無罪定讞。
