【綜合報導】紐西蘭有一群老人家，他們這周末飛到了美國拉斯維加斯，參加世界嘻哈舞蹈大賽，要與年輕人一較高下。

這團「老人時代」的真正團名為「The Hip Op-eration Crew」，團員年齡從65歲到90歲，平均年齡76歲。但這些團員們不嫌自己老，集訓約1年後參加這次嘻哈舞蹈大賽。

【綜合報導】中國2009年「快樂女聲」歌唱比賽全國第10強李媛希，近日被爆於2011年整容，從圓臉的鄰家女孩，變成錐子臉人妖，不少網友更評為「很畸形」。

90年出生的李媛希，已改名李雨奚，現為中、韓、泰跨國女子組合I Me隊長。她於09年參賽時，被譽為小溫嵐，是名圓臉美女。但4年後，再翻看其微博中的自拍照，竟已完全變了樣。有網友直言：「不僅削減了下巴，而且整張臉都被整得只剩下原來的一半！」更有網友調其下巴「可以當開瓶器使用」。

標題[問題] win8更新怪怪的...

筆電是這周一入手的m840 今天開機它就自動更新 銀幕的正中央顯示"電腦重新設定" (我記得好像是這行字) 一開始很緩慢 更新進度一直停在15% 後來跑到約35% 畫面突然變黑 之後又再度出現"電腦重新設定" 從剛才的35%開始 這次速度比較快 跑到100%以後 畫面又變黑 這次我以為好了 沒想到又突然跳回 "電腦重新設定" 再度顯示一個非100%的進度 過這次速度就很快速 大概1秒就跳到了100% 我想要請問 這樣的情況是正常的嗎? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.157.173

【綜合報導】午餐時間到了，想吃輕食減肥餐，不少人會想到低卡路里蒟蒻或蘇打餅、能量棒取代正餐，恐誤踩減重地雷，反而增肥。

蒟蒻含豐富纖維質，當正餐若飲水不足恐造成便祕，建議蒟蒻取代正餐限1日1餐，至少搭配300c.c.以上的飲水。蘇打餅使用的油脂多為棕櫚油或椰子油，3片等於1/4碗飯熱量，易致肥又不健康，無論是減重正餐或是零食都不適合。

另一食品能量棒，號稱可增加飽足感、迅速補充營養的頗受減肥族青睞，但劉怡里營養師表示，能量棒單支熱量約等於半碗飯。劉怡里建議，選擇高纖、低卡的蔬菜止飢，如大番茄糖份低、攜帶方便又有飽足感。
