【綜合報導】宜蘭1名吳姓男子（24歲）10個月前趁當檳榔西施的前妻卓姓女子（21歲）探視小孩時，強摘假髮拍照，揚言「要將妳的禿頭照片貼在FB（臉書）上」，藉此逼復合，卓女不肯屈服，吳男果真張貼於臉書。昨天被宜蘭地檢署依強制、恐嚇罪嫌起訴。

警方說，卓女3年前生下女兒後，因罹患產後憂鬱症致大量掉髮，平日均以戴假髮掩飾；去年11月間，卓女到吳男住處探視女兒時，吳男趁前妻不備，摘下她頭上假髮，接著拿手機拍下「禿頭」影像，逼復合未果張貼臉書。

【蔡進男／基隆報導】新北市1名男子今天下午3時許與1名年輕同事，開車行經汐平公路1處偏僻的廢棄棄土場時，男子見四下無人，疑持刀欲強暴同事，同事抵死不從，奮力反抗之際，手被男子拿刀械劃傷，趁隙躲在棄土場隱密處，並報警求救，男子見狀便開車逃之夭夭。

警方獲報趕抵現場將被害人送醫，幸無生命危險。警方目前正調閱沿路監視器，全力找尋傷人男子的蹤跡釐清案情。

許多人說 Apple 對於手機設計的品味比 Google 好，讓許多蘋果迷願意砸大錢買 iPhone；但如果仔細觀察 Android 系統設計的原始概念，會發現其實有獨特且值得欣賞的風格。那為什麼我們拿到手上的產品，看起來就是沒那麼乾淨簡潔俐落大方呢？

Google 當初規劃踏入手機市場時，決定不生產硬體、軟體，只創造出一個 Android 系統。這樣的想法，是要把機會讓給硬體和軟體製造商，因為 Google 認為在市場競爭之下，手機的設計、規格會不斷創新，也因此會創造出更棒的手機、更棒的網路體驗。Google 的老本就是網路服務，因此更佳的網路體驗代表消費者會有更多時間使用 Google 的服務。

另外，由於蘋果設計封閉、微軟既有搜尋引擎服務也有販售軟體、RIM 也在手機市場占有一席之地，坦白說 Google 與這些廠商是直接競爭，沒有配合的空間。假如今天沒有推出 Android 系統，Google 的廣告收益絕對會一落千丈。

就今天的市場角度來看，Android 系統推出算是大成功，因為市占率最高、成功通吃各階手機市場、手機服務與自家原本的網路服務完美結合。不過 Android 手機就是有幾個難以忽略的毛病。 Android 系統開放，經由各家廠商自行改造，再交由電信商，最後到了消費者手上，這樣的過程中 ，Android 早就經過不知幾次的改造，也淡化了 Google 原本的設計品味。

當我們說自己拿的是 Android 手機，其實也必須說那是 HTC 或 Samsung 的手機，也必須說那是電信三雄其中一家的手機，為什麼？假如我們把一支 Google 親生的 Nexus 手機和一支電信商客製化的 HTC One 手機拿出來比較，我們會說這兩個手機系統看起來相同嗎？這就是最矛盾的地方，同樣的 Android 手機，卻有非常大的差距，原因在哪呢？
