我們的行程:

8/14

8:30 or 9:00到台中火車站搭乘豐原客運270、276....等

10:30 or 11:00左右新社古堡 待到大約14:00左右

14:30又見一炊煙 17:00左右出來

回中興嶺 搭乘公車回市區or一起包小巴回市區

以上山上行程時間只會更提早不會晚

希望當日有山上行程可一同包車(差二人成行)

因為到成都工廠出差, 只有星期六可以出遊,想去都江堰,三星堆和熊貓基地, 但不知這三處是否有機會一起玩? 或者要捨去那一個呢?

【孫英哲／彰化報導】彰化縣鹿港鎮1名工廠王姓清潔婦，因不滿工廠小開質疑她打掃不確實，並任意移動她的機車，氣得痛罵小開﹁教育失敗、欠人管教、沒出過社會、瘋子、你家死人、眼睛長在頭上﹂等語，遭該名工廠小開控告涉及公然侮辱罪。全案彰化地院今天審結，法官認為被告王婦的言詞多屬對具體事實有所指摘，非抽象謾罵，部分言詞亦屬洩憤情緒性用語，難認有公然侮辱罪的犯意，判決王婦無罪。
法官強調，在針對具體事實下，依個人價值判斷提出主觀且與事實有關連的意見或評論，縱使尖酸刻薄，批評內容足令被批評者感到不快或影響其名譽，也不在公然侮辱罪的處罰範圍。
此外，憲法第１１條明文保障言論自由為人民基本權利，在民主多元社會中，各種價值判斷皆應容許，對於可受公評的事項，縱然以不留餘地或尖酸刻薄的語言及文字予以批評，也應受到憲法的保障。
