台股盤前 宏達電買庫藏股 能否止跌為觀察指標

【陳建彰／台北報導】上周美股持續走高，有利台股本周反彈，不過，8200點以上套牢賣壓不輕，有待持續擴量突破，其中弱勢指標宏達電（2498）今起實施庫藏股，能否止跌反彈，攸關電子股走勢，也是盤面觀察指標。
日盛投顧表示，觀察近期電子股對於利多、利空的反應，其中利多反應只有1天，利空反應則是延續性，顯示市場對電子股戒心仍高，僅有個別題材性表現較佳；金融股維持高檔震盪格局，是台股漲跌的關鍵，諸多個股修正幅度不夠，操作空間相對較小，惟中長多格局未變。
非電金近1周進入高檔震盪，惟創新高或補漲個股不少，由於強勢股沒有連續回檔，且短期資金轉入的效應仍在，操作上持續留意強勢股拉回或具補漲機會的個股。

洪仲丘第三張死亡證明書送達

意外？未確認？他殺！洪仲丘的死亡證明書，軍檢開了3次，死亡原因總算是與檢驗報告相符的「他殺」，洪的家屬今天晚間拿到這張死亡證明書，才感到欣慰，等了這麼多天，洪姐洪慈庸苦笑回應，「應該是上面有交代吧。」
洪仲丘死亡證明書從第一次的「意外」改為「未確認」，讓家屬不滿，今天早上喪禮前夕，洪仲丘舅舅胡世和拿出前兩張死亡證明書，分別是軍檢於7月4日、7月15日開出，質疑既然解剖報告已出爐，就應該開立寫明「他為」或「他殺」的第3張死亡證明。
上月26日洪慈庸赴軍檢開庭時，曾要求軍方要再開死亡證明書，但軍方回答，一般都只開兩次，只能以公文補充說明，讓家屬不滿，今天上午當面向馬英九總統陳情。
洪慈庸說，早上跟總統陳情，晚上就拿到死亡證明書，顯然有發揮效果，「他有把我們家屬的話放在心上。」
