【晏明強／台北報導】馬英九總統大女兒馬唯中是否懷孕仍未證實，馬英九上午在總統府親子日活動，已開始先熟悉抱孫子的快樂氣氛，由於有超過700名府內員工報名參加，這場活動擠滿了大小朋友，馬從一進場就忙著抱小朋友，一個接一個，雖然這次被抱的小朋友都算配合，沒人反抗或大哭，不過因馬的動作不夠熟練，有時力道太過粗魯，多少還是讓小朋友受到驚嚇。

馬英九說，從沒參加一個活動是一路抱小孩抱進來的，讓他越抱越開心，「真的是愛不釋手」，這也表示政府獎勵生育的政策小有成就。馬強調，這次總統府親子日報名人數聽說有700多人，破紀錄的多，也代表著這兩年大家的努力是有成果，也希望讓少子女化的趨勢能夠緩和一點，只要每年能夠達到18萬人（新生兒），大致上國家的發展就不會有太嚴重的影響。

辛巴威31日結束「三合一」大選，總統、立委與民代齊開票。但結果還未出爐就已有批評聲浪，直指參選人穆加比所屬政黨有作票之嫌，導致約100萬名辛巴威民眾無法投票。穆加比目前已大幅領先，對手茨萬吉拉伊批評，此次選舉如一場鬧劇般可笑至極，應無效作廢。《BBC》記者認為目前國內情勢緊張，在結果公布後恐會發生另一波衝突。

根據穆加比所屬政黨「非洲民族聯盟愛國陣線」的發言人拉蓋‧昆伯表示，穆加比可能會贏得70%到75%的選票雖然結果尚未公布，但他認為，依據某些投票站開出的結果，穆加比很有可能會大獲全勝。目前非洲民族聯盟愛國陣線也已拿下25個席次，敵對陣營「民主改革運動黨」只拿下3席。

非洲民族聯盟愛國陣線與民主改革運動黨，分別為辛巴威目前的執政黨與在野黨，自2008年穆加比與茨萬吉拉伊共組聯合政府起就衝突不斷。2009年雙方曾爆發流血衝突，關係正式宣告決裂。雖然穆加比年事已高，但仍以89歲高齡參選若順利當選，穆加比將邁入第34年連任。

儘管昆伯表示，此次的選舉很平和、順利，沒有發生任何暴力事件。然而，辛巴威當地最大的民主觀察團體－「支持辛巴威選舉網」的理事長所羅門‧沙瓦那，公開在《BBC》發表聲明指出，在較多民眾支持茨萬吉拉伊的都會地區，很多人選票被退回或被視為無效；反觀在鄉間，有較多人支持穆加比，卻沒有發生類似現象。此外，辛巴威600萬名有投票權的民眾，有100萬人不在投票名單上，

根據《衛報》報導，民主改革運動黨的成員柯爾塔之所以輸掉他的席次，是因為他沒有想到執政黨（非洲陣線）會在與穆加比關係良好的軍營附近設下7個投票站，結果讓柯爾塔在7個投票站全軍覆沒；在其他選區，也有數百位民眾因支持柯爾塔而導致選票被退回。辛巴威社運團體「辛巴威衝突危機」的執行長麥當拿‧利瓦尼卡向民眾喊話，要大家站出來聲援茨萬吉拉伊，並推翻不公的選舉結果。

辛巴威選舉委員會將花上5天時間統計選票，並預計在8月5日公布選舉結果。據《BBC》報導，雖然茨萬吉拉伊尚未表態是否會展開抗議行動，但他極力否定這樣的結果，稱之為「恥辱」，應當「作廢」。《BBC》非洲特派記者安德魯‧哈定表示，辛巴威的和平結果將難以維持，新一波衝突正在慢慢醞釀，勢必會在結果公布後做出了斷。

請問一下柚木皇宮查了一下資料
知道大概服儀上的穿著(不可無袖,短褲,短裙)
請問鞋子上有規範嗎? 因為我似乎查到是要脫鞋子進去的?
如果穿一般包鞋沒有襪子可以嗎?
