（軍聞社記者林敬傑臺北一日電）全民國防教育「醫學研習營」今天安排學員進入解剖實驗室，在國防醫學院專業老師指導下，手執刀具進行秋刀魚解剖課程，從實作中瞭解動物的內部構造，讓他們獲益良多。

　為讓醫學研習營學員在科學教育中學習尊重生命，國防醫學院指導老師在解剖實驗前，首先建立同學們重視人性關懷、尊重生命的基本觀念，希望他們都能以嚴肅、莊重的心態，來看待解剖課程；接著分組進入解剖實驗室中，由專人指導秋刀魚解剖過程，從中體驗學習解剖各種生物，並認識它們的內部生理構造。

　此外，醫學研習營也安排「刺槍術」、「三行三進」、「手榴彈投擲」與「高絆網」等四項軍事演練闖關課程，親身體驗官兵們嚴格的軍事訓練課程，令所有學員們大呼過癮。

　軍事課程開始前，團輔幹部使用偽裝膏在學員們臉上塗上迷彩，接著高舉右手宣誓高呼「安全第一、絕不勉強」口號，再依序分組體驗軍事體驗課程，難得的經驗也讓現場歡笑聲此起彼落，無形中更凝聚彼此情感與團隊認同，也為今天課程劃下圓滿句點。

LED廠新世紀(3383)推出新款COB產品，該公司表示，新世紀的3D COB產品成功整合藍光LED元件，除照明品質佳、能降低照明系統成本等優勢，還透過藍光LED元件與具備專利的遠程螢光激發方案的搭配組合來達到專利保護功能，目前已經開始導入美、日、歐、大陸等市場的照明廠。

新世紀表示，此款3D COB新品可搭配立體球殼與平板形式的遠程螢光激發方案，相較於其他單顆或COB的LED封裝體，3D COB的螢光材質較遠離光源，具有優異的熱流明維持、在冷熱態的光效差異小、色偏較輕微等特點，因此該產品除提升色光均勻度外，在色溫的選擇性也較多元，而這些技術優勢可讓照明應用廠的燈具設計彈性，可多元應用於蠟燭燈、球泡燈、崁燈、天井燈等產品。

針對光源部分，新世紀指出，3D COB的光源為採用藍光MATCH LED元件，主要建構在AT系列晶粒基礎上，擁有免打線、排列密、低熱阻、高光效等特性，而從AT晶粒、MATCH LED元件、3D COB光源方案、遠程螢光激發方案等都有專利保護，也成為公司將該產品推廣至全球市場的機會，目前已經導入美、日、歐、大陸等市場的相關照明廠。
