李姓毒販（37歲，有詐欺前科）利用高雄85大樓的套房開轟趴，還不斷更換租賃樓層及房間，躲避查緝，高雄市林園警分局日前接獲線報後，派幹員偽裝成租屋客人進入大樓查訪，鎖定李嫌行蹤，並在29日下午5點左右進行查緝，當場查獲安非他命、K他命及一粒眠毒品，還起獲改造手槍、子彈及殺傷力極大的達姆彈5顆，火力相當強大。

警方在查緝時，原本的情資顯示李嫌躲藏在26樓，但攻堅後，卻發現房間空無一人，正在懊惱會空手而回時，房東剛好來巡視房間，並告知警方李嫌一夥人已經轉租27樓，才順利在27樓逮捕嫌犯，警方在訊後依違反槍砲彈藥刀械管理條例、毒品危害防制條例及偽造文書罪嫌移送。

洪仲丘事件爆發後，家屬電話疑似被監聽，根據洪慈庸說法，包含她自己、家中電話、律師的電話等，最近比較異常，容易斷訊、回音等等。家屬認為可能國防部監聽電話，洪母因此害怕。

洪慈庸也表示，針對洪案監聽似乎小題大作，沒必要，家屬還是正常生活、正常講電話，只有比較重要的事情，才會當面談。
