大摩：全球記憶體有跌價風險　青睞力成

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】市場聚焦NAND Flash（儲存型快閃記憶體）價格後市，摩根士丹利證券表示，全球記憶體價格可能不會再走揚，考量各大廠資本支出開出，未來價格將有下跌風險，調降明年DRAM和NAND平均產品價格6%、9%，台廠較青睞力成。
 
摩根士丹利證券分析，供應成長顯示出未來1~2年議價能力已有限，但供應增溫，需求僅溫和成長下，因此摩根士丹利證券團隊調降2014年DRAM平均產品單價6%至0.72美元，也調降NAND平均產品價格9%至0.47美元。記憶體合約價格很快就達高峰，價格隨後將衰退，恐引發獲利風險。
 
在相關各廠後市，摩根士丹利證券將海力士(SK Hynix)降至減碼，給予三星和東芝(Toshiba)持平評等。而台廠部分，考量布局記憶體，較青睞力成(6239)，給予華邦電(2344)減碼，持平看群聯(8299)。

最近找到一服不錯玩的

在東西都丟進資料夾點吃檔時 出現這樣的問題

「巴結范佐憲」犯錯免罰！　同袍控范偏袒

一手主導，把洪仲丘送進禁閉室的上士范佐憲，被542旅的阿兵哥爆料，他在部隊裡面，向來對人不對事，有阿兵哥每次轉診，都會主動買飲料示好，就算帶照相手機被抓到，也不怕被罰，甚至范佐憲自己都違規，帶智慧型手機進部隊，根本就是「只許州官放火，不許百姓點燈」。

記者張子銘：「洪仲丘的同袍出面爆料，上士范佐憲在部隊裡偏袒部屬，有阿兵哥每次轉診回來，都會帶飲料給他喝，帶照相手機被抓了，一樣沒事情。」

洪仲丘同袍：「每次轉診回來，都會帶飲料給他，所以跟他、怎麼講，就是有點狗腿，然後就想跟他打好關係，而且他被抓到，好像也不只1次還2次。」

阿兵哥買飲料、出公差，巴結范佐憲，犯錯也不怕被懲罰，大家敢怒不敢言，只能私底下自我解嘲。洪仲丘同袍：「他(范佐憲)會對那些、常常出他公差的人，比較好這樣子，對啊，那時候我們就會，在連上有些人會戲稱啊，就是范佐憲的狗之類的。」

同袍說，范佐憲不只對阿兵哥大小眼，在部隊裡根本有恃無恐。

洪仲丘同袍：「像范佐憲他手機，在軍中常用的，也是照相型手機啊，他最常用的也是照相型手機，然後他智慧型手機，他之前也是有放在他的小寢，也有人看到過啊。」記者：「有被罰過嗎？」洪仲丘同袍：「你說范佐憲喔？沒有啊，他幹部怎麼會被罰？只許州官放火，不許百姓點燈之類的。」

相較之下，洪仲丘正義感強，行事風格跟范佐憲完全截然不同。洪仲丘同袍：「仲丘是還滿挺義務役，而且他是對事不對人，然後，就是范佐憲就是、主要就是比較，怎麼講，他有時候是，對人不對事這樣子啦。」

在同袍眼中，志願役的范佐憲，就像是土皇帝，在部隊的高牆裡為所欲為，不聽話的，就把你整得慘兮兮。
