（軍聞社記者方正臺北廿九日電）為精進國軍基層部隊熱傷害防治處理作法，國防部今天召集第五作戰區轄內旅級單位正、副主官參加在臺中成功嶺營區舉行的「熱傷害防治講習」，藉此瞭解現行傷情回報機制，以及防中暑和緊急救護的作業要領及標準流程，有效提昇訓練安全，維護官兵健康。

　這場以作戰區為單位舉行的講習，首場在臺中成功嶺營區進行，由國防部軍醫局副局長吳怡昌少將主持，在承辦單位防治工作相關報告後，讓各級幹部透過管控中暑危險係數，調整訓練環境與施訓內容，掌握官兵體能狀況等項防治作為，以有效預防熱傷害的發生。

　軍醫局表示，國軍基層幹部應具備熱傷害防處知能，熟悉「快速發現、快速降溫、快速送醫」緊急應變原則，並持恆宣導中暑預防措施及初步處置要領，而在戶外操課時，以循序漸進方式協助官兵熱適應，隨時補充水分，提高警覺，確保訓練安全。

　至於針對密閉空間（例如無冷氣處所、禁閉室、船艙等）作業人員，軍醫局也要求各單位每日實施日間及就寢前體溫量測，超過卅八度者，協請所屬衛勤人員轉診或後送醫院；另體能活動（鑑測）後，也要實施人員清點，在休息卅分鐘後量測體溫，體溫超過卅八度或身體不適者，立即後送就醫。

用ANDROID 有四年了,應該也算老資格的ANDROID用家了,當中換過的手機不在小數,這幾個月來,

第一次接觸HTC這個品牌的手機,以前都聽別人說HTC品質不好,我也心想應該沒那麼嚴重吧,

感覺介面還蠻好用的，只是規格比不上別牌手機，所以一直沒有買，直到這一季，新出的HTC ONE

和 BUTTERFLY S 硬體都跟其他家持平，又有一些有特色的東西，就想說來試一下ＨＴＣ好了，

結果是惡夢的開始，也讓我體驗到謠言事出必有因的道理。

第一支是HTC ONE，以下是他的送修單，縫，漏光，麥克風開口不整，鏡頭，螢幕進塵，紫光。。。

當中過程就不詳述，最久的一次拖了我兩個星期，結果最後回來的東西還是有問題的

最誇張的一次是前相機鏡頭進了十幾顆塵，這也還好，最困擾我的是螢幕進塵的問題，每次看著都很礙眼

而ＨＴＣ幾乎每一支都會有，最後好不容易有一支沒有進塵的，但是有紫光，我徹底的敗了，放棄再送修。

輾轉之下我拿到了一支蝴蝶Ｓ，檢查下發現，螢幕又進塵了，一顆是中央的部份，

右上角有三四顆小的，沒手機用其實我也很不想送修，但是這真的是我覺得非常礙眼的部份，

而螢幕底部的漏光也蠻明顯的，（最後我發現漏光是通病），想說就送修好了，

這次蝴蝶的維修速度都蠻快的，不知是不是因為上一我給的意見回饋的關係。

這裡要讚一下客服態度都不錯，不過這不是我需要的東西

我需要的是一台沒有進塵工作正常的手機，第一次維修完畢回來，檢查一下外觀，

鏡頭附近有一道刮痕，嗯...螢幕沒進塵的話,這道刮痕我也無所謂了

結果一打開螢幕，為何我送修兩顆明顯進塵的螢幕，你要寄回給我一支有三顆明顯進塵螢幕的手機？

我還特別交待客服叫他務必檢查一下螢幕，拿到手機檢查了一下，我就再次報修了。

昨天又回來另外一支手機，這次比較好，螢幕只有兩顆進塵，加一顆壞點，我有點認命了，

就想說當作看不到吧，程式灌一灌後，用了常用的監控軟體發現，怎麼我的ＣＰＵ永遠最高都只能

到１.7GHZ,蝴蝶S不是1.9嗎?我之前用的時侯也記得常常有跑到1.9啊，如果無輪我怎麼操他，

在任何高負載的環境下，他還是只到１.7G,是把新一的CPU裝到蝴蝶S上了嗎?當下接受不了

進塵又降頻，如果今天再度送修，到這裡我已經對ＨＴＣ完全失去信心了，忍了這麼久，

也給了很多次機會，現在才來分享，老實說第一次買手機發生這種事，實在有點瞎。

如果在意品質的人，可能需要考慮別的品牌了，等這支再送回來我想可能就要出清掉換別支了。
