紐約商業交易所（NYMEX）9月原油期貨7月29日下跌0.15美元或0.1%成為每桶104.55美元，歐洲ICE期貨交易所（ICE Futures Europe）9月布蘭特原油上漲0.28美元或0.3%成為每桶107.45美元。兩者的價差由前一交易日的2.47美元擴大至2.9美元。路透社報導，分析師稱，利比亞和伊拉克等國供應受擾使每日市場供應減少遠超過50萬桶，諸如約旦等其他供應國未來幾週的出口可能減少。此外，受維護影響，北海指標福爾蒂斯原油的供應也可能受限。

中海油總公司7月26日發佈新聞稿稱，日前與荷蘭皇家殼牌集團在京簽署合作諒解備忘錄，內容涉及國內外油氣勘探開發、液化天然氣、技術交流等多個領域的合作。此外，雙方同意在加拿大油砂、液化天然氣等業務領域尋求機會，不斷拓寬合作領域。目前，中海油與殼牌在中國鶯歌海、西非加蓬和墨西哥灣深水等區塊合作已取得務實進展。中海油總公司是中海油（00883.HK）、中海油服（601808.SH）、海油工程（600583.SH）的母公司。

泰國媒體29日報導，受原油洩漏事故影響，泰國灣東部度假勝地閣沙湄島海岸附近已經出現浮油，目前清理工作仍在繼續。當地海洋與海岸資源保護中心主任普衝29日說，該機構收到報告說原油洩漏事故所產生的浮油28日傍晚已擴散至閣沙湄島西部的奧帕勞灣。29日早上，奧帕勞海灘的遊客已紛紛離開。相關機構目前正對奧帕勞海灘及附近海域進行清理，防止浮油繼續擴散。預計清理工作將在29日內完成。

泰國國家石油公司下屬的全球化工公司設在東南部羅勇府的一段輸油管道27日在為一艘阿曼油輪實施卸油作業時發生洩漏，導致50噸至70噸原油入海。事發海域臨近閣沙湄島。事發後，該公司聯合泰國海軍和運輸部海洋廳等展開清理行動，派出船隻、飛機等噴灑化油劑，並對周邊海域水質進行監控。一些羅勇府漁民組織已向全球化工公司提出賠償要求，認為原油洩漏事故將對當地生態環境造成影響，使漁業和旅遊業蒙受損失。

7月28日，在緬甸曼德勒，緬甸副總統吳年吞和中國駐緬甸大使楊厚蘭等在通氣儀式上共同?動投產按鈕。當日，由中國、緬甸、韓國、印度四國六方投資建設的中緬天然氣管道（緬甸段）開始向中國輸送天然氣。這標誌經過3年建設的中緬油氣管道特大跨國項目取得重要歷史性成果。

中國電力企業聯合會發布全國電力供需形勢半年報告，預測下半年大陸全國電力供需將延續上半年的整體平衡態勢，全社會用電量預計年增5%-7%，而全年將年增5%-6%。中電聯表示，大陸電力供應能力充足，預計到年底全國發電裝機達12.3億千瓦，可望超過美國成為世界上發電裝機容量最大的國家。

【蔡亞樺／台北報導】台北市長郝龍斌主持市政會議後的記者會宣布，迎接七夕情人節，一年一度的大稻埕煙火節將在8月10日登場，今年首次嘗試由市立交響樂團演出，有別以往播放音樂的方式，總計7千發煙火、時間20分鐘，耗資500萬元，煙火樣式設計Z型、C型、W型及扇形等特效煙火，在忠孝橋長達720公尺的煙火瀑布也是不可或缺，最特別屬去年日本花火協會票選冠軍彈「情人雨」煙火，以滿天黃金雨的火花照亮台北天空，預計吸引近50萬人次觀賞煙火秀。

會中公布煙火節的交通管制措施，北市交通大隊指出，8月10日當天從晚間6時30分起實施大稻埕碼頭周邊道路的交管，晚間8時至9時30分，管制汽機車禁止進出忠孝橋，並禁止行人上橋等，當天提供2線接駁公車，分別從台北車站東三門及捷運雙連站，到中興醫院及延平北路大稻埕碼頭站，採一段票收費，發車時間從下午5時到晚間11時。

【徐珮君／台北報導】陸委會副主委林祖嘉上午參加兩岸服務貿易協議利弊研討會指出，這次協議內容中，中國承諾開放電子商務，台資企業可到福建省投資55%，「是重要的開放」，PCHOME、東森馬上要過去，尤其對中小企業想到中國賣台灣的商品，有很大的利基。

林祖嘉也透露，協商時，雙方有提到是否開放包括律師、會計師、醫師等專業人士執業，但徵詢律師公會的意見，律師公會不希望開放中國的律師來台，台灣的律師也不要去，因此並未納入。對此，台灣經濟研究院院長洪德生認為，白領就業有顧慮的部分，政府有守住。
