洪仲丘姐姐洪慈庸今天下午在律師顧立雄、邱顯智的陪同下，前往國防部南部地方軍事法院中部審判庭，了解洪的屍體解剖鑑定報告；洪姐表示，法醫石台平主張，弟弟的死因是操練過度導致嚴重中暑，併發器官衰竭，死因是他為的，而非之前軍方所稱的「意外」。

陸軍下士洪仲丘解剖鑑定報告今天出爐，法醫石台平認為死因是「他為」，並非軍方認定的「意外」。家屬則尊重法醫的報告。

洪仲丘的父母及姊姊洪慈庸下午在律師顧立雄陪同下，前往軍檢署中部檢察官辦公室了解洪仲丘的解剖鑑定報告。

家屬表達尊重法醫的報告。洪慈庸說，石台平在鑑定報告上寫的死因，洪仲丘是因操練過度，造成嚴重中暑導致器官的衰竭，死因是「他為」，跟之前軍方所開立臨時死亡證明上所寫的「意外」不同。

洪慈庸指出，法醫鑑定報告顯示洪仲丘是受到不當的操練過程，以及陸軍542旅明知弟弟是不適合送到禁閉室的，因此送進去禁閉室前段的人為過失相當明顯。

洪家委任辯護律師顧立雄說，基於偵查不公開的原則，今天沒有看到全部的證卷，只有看到死因鑑定報告，律師也向軍檢表達洪仲丘死亡的原因及過程，希望法醫能就專業部分進一步說明。
