此案送都市計劃變更時我有去開都委會大會，所以大概說明一下： （說明一下只要你在公展期間寫公民意見給都發局就能去開會，誰都可以） 1.本案樓地板面積約6~7萬坪，在高雄單一商場僅次於夢時代 2.旅館部分大統需要評估市場需求再決定，並未確定設置， 另外樓高12樓等等數據均是非常初步的概算，非實質設計。 3.開發單位承諾明誠路和民族路退縮12.5m，另外次要道路退縮5m， 在兩個主要入口會設置景觀廣場，另外可能有水道造景等， （這些是建築師說的，也不是定案） 4.本案設置超過1300停車位，1800機車停車位，車道由後方次要道路進出 機車和汽車出口會不同，減少衝擊。 但本案離環狀線c26站僅有290m，但開發單位估算的大眾運輸使用率僅20%， 交通局認為本案對鼓勵大眾運輸使用之計畫不夠完備，這部份退回 5.本案開發完成時程估計在2018年以後，當然還是看市場狀況而定。 6.最後因為交通等衝擊影響頗大，本案交覆專案小組審理後再行提交都委會， 所以光是土地分區變更就會審一段時間了 7.我去開會的目的是要求開發單位除了繳納代金以外，基於外部衝擊內部化原則 基地內部公共設施和環境衝擊部分，宜以實質具體回饋為主， 包含捷運接駁車，候車設施，人行設施部分，應要求開發單位負擔設置管理， 這些意見因為市府那邊公文還沒下來，我不知道有沒有被採納。 8.詳情可看臺灣城市論壇，資訊會比這邊完整很多 http://taiwan-city.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=24823&extra=page%3D1&page=2 9.補充一點，大統集團在高雄精華土地超多，集團幾乎不舉債，手上又有好市多這個 年營業額超過500億的金雞母，現金滿手，集團第二代接手後，是有很多計畫在進行的， 有被報導過的除了大樂改建外，還有文化中心附近引進國際連鎖品牌飯店， 舊大新改成設計旅館，大立本館改裝，開出大樂小型店等等很多計劃。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.80.160.133

【綜合報導】全球暖化造成海水溫度上升，原本不吃同類的龍蝦也出現行為異常。美國生物學家奧本海姆（Noah Oppenheim）觀察緬因州外海的龍蝦發現，這種原本不會攻擊捕食同類的海洋生物，竟然兇殘地將體型較小的龍蝦生吞活剝，這也是人類首次捕捉到龍蝦捕殺同類的畫面。
 
奧本海姆表示，近年海水溫度持續上升，緬因州的龍蝦繁殖情況也十分理想，加上過度捕撈幾乎抓光龍蝦天敵，過於旁大的龍蝦族群必須面臨食物短缺的問題。他說：「如果我們人類喜歡吃龍蝦，龍蝦應該也很喜歡吃。」

標題[請益] 你的ACER E2通話會突然中斷嗎？

這幾天使用ACER E2起來怪怪的 通話到一半會斷線 我還以為是臉碰觸到停止鍵 但是現在想想，貼臉時螢幕變暗，可以碰到停止鍵嗎？ 今天又跟朋友通話，突然聽到通話保留中，我還以為是別人插撥，或是朋友接聽別人的 電話，後來打電話問朋友，他說怪怪的剛怎麼沒聲音中斷.... 另外請教一個問題... 撥話時沒按停止鍵，直接返回上層到桌面，這樣還是繼續撥話嗎？好幾次我以為這樣就 已經掛斷了，原來是沒掛斷... 有時開網頁會定住，重複開都一樣...要關掉WIFI重開才開啟的了網頁.... 我的手機是不是故障了～～～～你們拿ACER E2會這樣嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.35.45.183

如題 inhon G1終於出果凍套了 G2也出了 剛看到網站上有三種顏色 後來發現是因為背蓋顏色不同 所以產生了粉藍 粉紅的感覺 實際上只有一種半透明霧面的款式 產地:中國 材質:複合PP 特色:3.5mm厚度 主打超薄 不過價格有點驚人 399....(其他機種約50左右而已) 原廠的果然有點高貴 +100就等於背蓋的錢了 不過因為怕指紋和防刮傷 所以還是下訂了2組 不用運費 期待到貨ing -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.64.176.55
