陸軍下士洪仲丘冤死，換來軍法重大改革！國防部長高華柱昨與行政院政務委員羅瑩雪等，向總統馬英九提出「國軍人權改革報告」，會後羅瑩雪轉述馬英九指示，將分兩階段改革軍事審判制度，其中凌虐部屬罪移出軍法審判，外界共識最高，將督促立院盡快通過修法。朝野立委昨同意於下周一展開的臨時會快馬加鞭完成《軍事審判法》修法三讀。意即目前由軍事檢察署偵查中的洪仲丘案，屆時將適用新法，全部移到桃園地檢署擴大偵辦。

聯合報-台東咬人錢鼠 疑染狂犬病
農委會昨天深夜證實，除了南投水里又有鼬獾被驗出狂犬病毒，另隻在台東市咬傷民眾的錢鼠，也被驗出疑似感染狂犬病毒，後續經進一步基因序列比對，若證實是狂犬病毒，將是鼬獾以外的動物被發現感染狂犬病。

今年4月，中共黨媒《人民日報》旗下人民論壇網搞了一次民意調查，想瞭解中國民眾對中共的「信心、信念、信仰」。結果一天不到，就得出80％民眾反對中國共產黨的結論，再加上有10％的人「不清楚」或「不知道」，這意味近90％的人對中共本身和它執政的合法性不認同。這種調查結果令當局十分尷尬，匆忙於當天關閉調查並刪除結果。

中共現在是面臨內外交困的局面，大陸很多學者都有共識，根本就是無解狀態。自2004年底大紀元社論《九評共產黨》問世以來，喚醒中國人認清中共的邪惡本質，引發全球華人退黨大潮，截至2013年7月1日，超過1億4千萬人在大紀元退黨網站聲明三退。

【綜合報導】一般人從14樓高的地方墜下，很難有機會活命，但葡萄牙一名男子竟然大難不死，救了他一命的，是一輛停在大廈外的轎車。

葡萄牙小鎮夸爾泰拉(Quarteira)的居民，周四(25日)下午1時突然聽到一聲巨響，一名28歲男子不知何故由14樓高的陽台墮下，幸好他不是直街掉到地面，剛好落在一架本田(HONDA)房車的車頂，整個車頂被壓毀凹陷，但卻替他卸掉大部份的撞擊力。墮樓男子神智清醒可說話，只是腳部骨折，送院後情況穩定。當局正調查他墮樓的原因，但相信並未涉及刑事成份。

【綜合報導】南韓首爾一名計畫自殺的男子，昨天(26日)下午在漢江投河自盡，期間南韓《KBS》電視台拍下他整個投江的過程，引發新聞採訪道德的爭議。

首爾男子成載基，周四(25日)在個人《推特》(twitter)預告自己將投江自盡，周五中午到達麻浦大橋，站在大橋邊圍欄外，南韓《KBS》電視台記者獲報到場，在旁用攝影機紀錄整個過程，最後成載基縱身跳進漢江。

市民指責《KBS》電視台記者只顧拍攝，並未盡力勸阻，行為太過冷血。《KBS》解釋，記者當時剛抵達現場，沒有時間救人，事發前後更兩度報警求助。成載基投江後不久，《推特》上就傳出他站在欄杆外，放手跳橋一瞬間的照片，照片由在現場的一名韓姓男子拍攝。現在警方認為這名男子涉嫌教唆成載基自殺，考慮控以涉嫌輔助自殺等罪名。
