【晏明強／台北報導】為了陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，國防部長高華柱下午入府向馬英九總統軍中人權改革保障作為，國防部共提出軍法改革等13個面向，其中在軍法方面，確立將修法縮減軍事審判的範圍。政院指派協助軍方改革的政務委員羅瑩雪也表示，會中馬總統關切法律制度面的問題，指示要分兩階段處理，第一階段就是與凌虐部屬有關，外界共識最高，認為要移出軍法審判這些犯罪第一階段盡快能督促立院通過法案修法。

至於第二階段，羅瑩雪說，牽涉的範圍比較廣，因各界對軍法及民事訴訟的區分有不同的看法，有的認為二元合一，有的認為還是維持雙軌，各有各的不同關注角度及優劣點，這方面及制度調整涉及面向非常多，還需深思熟慮廣集各界意見，才能決定要不要修法，修法幅度多大，制度是否全面改變。

總統府發言人李佳霏也轉述說，馬總統對軍法改革的問題，包括非戰時軍人犯罪是否要回歸司法偵辦，以及涉及軍事審判法、《陸海空軍懲罰法》等制度改革事項，因軍事審判制度的變革至關重大，將請政院與立院、司法院討論，共同以審慎態度研究修法。

蘋果日報-雙子星案收賄 賴素如起訴 可囚27年
繼行政院前祕書長林益世涉貪重創總統馬英九清廉形象後，馬英九另名親信、黨主席辦公室前主任賴素如，昨也因涉貪被起訴。賴涉嫌利用台北市議員職權，護航太極雙星團隊取得台北車站雙子星大樓聯合開發案，索賄1500萬元，並收受前金100萬元，還遭查出藏匿550餘萬元可疑資金，昨被依收賄、隱匿貪污所得及財產來源不明罪起訴，求處重刑。賴的罪名若成立，3罪併罰最重可處27年徒刑。

聯合報-馬總統：不以貶值救出口
馬英九總統廿五日接受彭博資訊專訪時首度明確指出，不會藉由壓低新台幣匯率以促進出口；他強調，台幣貶值將推升進口原料商品的價格，衝擊人民的生計。他並表示，政府今年的經濟成長目標仍訂在至少百分之二。

我現在身分還是學生，有在追星，不過不是太瘋狂的那種。
畢竟有在上課，所以也不常去活動，
喜歡的正好是國內明星，所以他的活動通常在國內，
但是去活動我還是會考量距離、車錢、時間。
每次去活動每隔半小時或一小時都會打電話回家報備。
明星代言的東西會周邊我也會考量價錢和自己喜不喜愛。
追星所花費的金錢，都是從生活費剩下的，不會特地去和家長拿錢。
學生最重要的課業我也沒有荒廢，因為表現好才對自己有好處。

總統馬英九今天晚間在台中大甲鎮瀾宮前廣場開講，宣傳兩岸服務貿易協議規定，才剛開始致詞，數名民眾就在場外高喊「今天拆大埔、明天拆政府」，抗議民眾隨即被警方架走，在演講台上的馬總統未受影響，並提高說話音量，蓋住了抗議民眾的聲音。

馬總統強調，只有開放才能帶來希望、閉鎖會帶來萎縮，台灣開放的腳步跟不上鄰近國家，一定要趕快追，不然就追不上了。

他也提到，許多關於服貿協議錯誤的說法在民間傳播，所以要特別說明，服貿協議帶來的是更多的投資，是要幫助大家做生意的，如此才能提高台灣競爭力。
