【綜合報導】英國王室的最新成員喬治王子22日誕生，當時一名身穿傳統服飾的王室公告員，在醫院門口大聲宣讀小王子出生的公告，許多人都覺得王室傳統果然讓人很有感覺。不過外媒近日陸續踢爆，王室壓根沒有這號公告員。
 
76歲的艾普頓（Tony Appleton）是名死忠的王室擁護者，喬治王子出世當天，艾普頓從一名記者處得知消息後，立刻精心裝扮自己，搭車趕往醫院宣佈王子誕生的好消息。他事後向媒體承認，自己根本沒有獲得王室任命。
 
艾普頓說：「當我（第二天）打開報紙，上頭印的全是我的臉，我簡直不敢相信。」

（軍聞社記者劉育然臺北廿七日電）國防部常務次長廖榮鑫中將今日視導北部地區軍醫院及部隊所屬衛勤單位，要求幹部持恆宣導中暑防治衛教工作，並提醒部隊注意夏季膳食衛生，嚴防食物中毒及熱傷害等情事，維護部隊戰力。

　廖常次上午由軍備局長金壽豐中將及軍醫局副局長吳怡昌少將等人陪同，先後視導中科院醫務所、國軍桃園總醫院及海軍陸戰隊六六旅衛生連等單位，實地瞭解中暑防治等衛教工作整備情形。

　廖常次視導國軍桃園總醫院時指出，對於責任區域內所轄訓場，應由資深醫官整合衛勤人員，針對溫度高、較不通風的特殊工作場所，進行查察並列為中暑重點防治區，慎防熱傷害情事肇生，有效維護官兵訓練安全。

　隨後，廖次長轉往海軍陸戰隊六六旅衛生連視導，要求幹部依據當日中暑「危險係數」高低程度，協助於營區明顯處所，分別以「紅、黃、藍」三種不同顏色的旗幟示警，同時各部隊應依此適切調整操課內容及穿著服裝，降低訓練風險因子。

　此外，部隊於戶外操課時，廖常次提醒官兵應掌握個人身體徵兆，適時補充水分，並注意嚴防蟲蛇及野生動物咬傷，全面落實野外操課安全，防範危安事件肇生。
