台東黃姓男子遭帶有狂犬病毒的鼬獾咬傷，連夜從台北送到署立花蓮醫院，已在今天凌晨一時許到達署花，疾管署人員也送了六支疫苗到署立花蓮醫院，。

疾管署人員表示，這次送來的六支疫苗，五支是狂犬病疫苗，一支是狂犬病免疫球蛋白。這名患者搭乘私家車，不是救護車，讓現場守候的媒體撲空。

【沈能元／台北報導】針對國內第一起民眾遭帶有狂犬病毒的鼬獾咬傷事件，台大醫院小兒感染部主任黃立民說，如果該隻鼬獾帶有狂犬病毒，那鼬獾的唾液腺存有病毒的機會相當高，那遭咬傷的民眾就有很高的機率感染狂犬病，染病機率千萬不得忽略，應該要盡速處理，遭咬傷患者應在施打疫苗的黃金時間六天內，同時施打1劑免疫球蛋白及1劑狂犬病疫苗。
 
黃立民說，免疫球蛋白應施打在咬傷傷口附近，以中和狂犬病毒，而狂犬病疫苗則可引發體內抗體，緩解狂犬病毒延著神經系統侵犯大腦，患者應在1個月內完成5劑狂犬病疫苗施打，其成功不讓患者發病機率可高達9成，因感染狂犬病毒而發病者，死亡率高達百分之百，也就是說「死定了」。

（軍聞社記者董權輝臺北廿四日電）國防部今天召開一０二年度工業合作講習，由常務次長廖榮鑫中將主持，召集各軍司令部計畫、後勤處處長、經濟部工業合作推動小組主任及各單位建案參謀等百餘人，透過經濟部工業合作推動小組辦公室講習及問題研討，使與會人員充分瞭解相關規定，有效提昇工業合作作業能量。

　廖常次致詞時表示，我國工業合作自民國八十二年執行至今曾有多次變革，現階段是於九十八年九月一日奉行政院核定，與經濟部訂定「經濟部國防部工業合作政策指導會設置要點」，修訂我國工業合作推動組織，其工業合作規定亦配合於九十九年完成修頒，運作多年且執行情況良好，並建立多項完善制度，希望藉此次講習，持續精進作業能量。

　　廖常次指出，現階段國防工業合作政策規劃與願景，以向外商爭取主要武器系統廠級維修能量技術移轉為主，並以籌建武器系統維修中心為目標，整合國內國防工業科技資源，建構維修體系供應鏈，帶動國內中、下游產業商機，適時解決料件供補及消失性商源問題，以有效運用工合資源達成國防自主目標。

　講習中，經濟部工業合作推動小組副主任何哲仁等人分別就「我國工業合作簡介」、「日本、韓國及新加坡之工業合作作法」、「國防工業合作執行方向與整體需求規劃」、「國防部工業合作作業規定」、「聯合談判團隊執行方式及談判實務」及「武器裝備獲得國內產業自製能量評估」等主題進行報告，並藉由相互研討與實務、案例介紹，使參加人員更瞭解工業合作的執行方式與重要性，在未來更能有效推動工業合作業務，爭取國家最大利益。
