【綜合報導】中國北京、上海、浙江和湖南等地24日飆高溫，有的地方甚至打破當地歷史最高記錄。

上海測得38.6℃的高溫，浦東部分區域甚至一度出現41.9℃的極端高溫。今年7月上海的「火熱度」堪稱史上罕見，這個月至今已出現18個高溫日。7月上旬平均氣溫達到31.6℃，創下上海140年氣象史的同期最高。

北京同樣驕陽高照，北京市氣象臺發佈入伏後首個高溫橙色預警信號。實時氣溫觀測顯示，當日的最高氣溫達38度。浙江省也出現今年以來最高溫天氣，寧波奉化最高氣溫達42.7度，湖南長沙，從6月30日以來持續高溫，高溫持續天數已達到26天，是長沙有氣象紀錄以來連續高溫日數最長的一年。

蘋果公司提供給開發者的平台Apple Development Center，自上週四起中斷網站服務，直至今日，蘋果官方才發布聲明表示，Apple Development Center在上週四遭到入侵，目前未透露太多細節，僅強調用戶的資料仍被安全保密，被入侵的部分並未涉及個人資訊。

蘋果公司提供給開發者的平台Apple Development Center，自上週四起中斷網站服務，僅在網頁上表示網站正在進行維修，並未說明為何突然關閉服務。直至今日，蘋果官方才發布聲明表示，Apple Development Center在上週四遭到入侵，不排除部分用戶的姓名、郵寄地址及電郵地址已被獲取的可能性，但強調其他較敏感的個人資料並未流出。 

除了說明關閉服務原因及遭入侵的程度之外，蘋果更進一步聲明，為了防止類似的事件再發生，目前正在進行開發者系統的徹底改版，全面升級伺服器軟體，並且重建整個資料庫。科技媒體All Things D報導指出，蘋果公司發言人Tom Neumayr對於舊有系統的缺失或新系統的改進方案，都不願意透露相關細節，僅再次強調用戶的資料仍被安全保密，被入侵的部分並未涉及個人資訊。 

科技部落格TechCrunch在聯繫蘋果公司代表後，確認了一些相關資訊。蘋果公司表示，此次入侵事件只有影響到開發者的帳號，並未影響到標準的iTunes帳號，信用卡的相關資料也沒有外流。公司直至今日才發表聲明，是因為在事發後試圖找出有哪些資料已遭外流。至於Apple Development Center還時才能恢復服務？蘋果公司則表示仍未有確切的時間進度安排。(資訊來源：All Things D、TechCrunch)

我國南沙太平島首批女兵顏茜文、林姿婷及嚴宣蘭，今天上午和7位男袍澤，在高雄港搭海巡署偉星艦，航向南沙，預計3天後抵達。太平島早年由海軍陸戰隊駐守，改由海巡署駐防後，再創派女兵駐島的紀錄。3位女兵都是志願役，進海巡署服役約9個月，接受2個月的81、120迫擊砲水平計算訓練後，和男官兵同赴我國領土的最南端。

太平島首批女兵顏茜文、林姿婷及嚴宣蘭，志願役役期4年，派駐太平島至少要2年；3人已從二兵晉升一兵，月薪2萬9265元，加給有1萬2350元，約41K。女兵們都想存錢，嚴宣蘭的目標是2年存60萬元；另2人都是80萬元。駐守太平島每3個月返台休假1次，為期1個月。3人都儲蓄，不過，休假時也想好好逛街。嚴宣蘭說，要「大血拚」。
