【綜合報導】作家張大春昨天在臉書針對洪仲丘案，痛批馬英九人渣治國後，今天寫了一句「龍應台，你怎麼不生氣？────目送洪仲丘事件 ，也請用文明說服我。」後，最新貼文是「貼文化部門口，順便呼叫我還叫得起的管中閔、李鴻源、葉匡時，你們聽幾句：

　公民不服從、街頭抗爭、暴力革命，都是除了選舉投票以外看似有機會推翻惡政的手段。但是，或失之於緩不濟急，或卻步於投鼠忌器，皆屬『艱難締造』」───即令引刀成一快，亦無所輳泊。比較明快而足以震聾發聵的手段，乃是敦促內閣中偶有良知、或曾現良知者，致其良知，不儕於虎狼；自以進退之身，撼懾當道。

　文章才po出兩小時已有600多人按讚、40多人分享，有網友回應「甚是期待：街頭抗爭+暴力革命。」張大春回答「恰相反，我的呼籲正是避免殃及庶民。」還有人留言「 大春兄，你不就直接呼叫江宜樺，一了百了算了。」張大春回：「我的『叫得起』，是有門檻的；你說的這位還夠不上。」光這回應留言就有60多人按讚。

【陳郁仁／台北報導】國際透明組織日前公布《2013年全球貪腐趨勢指數》報告，36%台灣受訪者表示和相關機構接觸有行賄經驗，重挫馬政府清廉形象。台灣透明組織執行長葉一璋今說，國際透明組織並沒有要針對台灣重新做貪腐調查，但表示「若台灣覺得此份民調有問題，可以自行重做」，做完之後，雙方再討論是台灣自己發表或雙邊共同發表。

但台灣的貪腐民調由誰來做？葉一璋說，還要討論看是由政府還是台灣透明組織來作，因為要先專家商量，瞭解台灣透明組織是否有能力做這項民調。台灣透明組織是國際透明組織在台灣的會員。由於我政府認為非事實，外交部不斷要求說明，國際透明組織日前也對我方道歉，表示此份民調台灣部分是委託中國的民調公司處理；引來我政府痛批中國民調公司不適合作台灣貪腐的民調報告。
