勞乃成戴頭盔跑趴 陸軍：移送檢調

國防部陸軍司令部新聞稿說，對於飛官勞乃成戴阿帕契頭盔跑趴參加私人聚會，經查屬實，陸軍接受媒體及社會大眾指正，勞乃成併案增列移請檢調單位調查。

陸軍司令部表示，司令部即予追查案發當時，軍品繳交、清點管理、門禁管制等業管人員及上級主官、管失職責任，將嚴予記過以上的懲處，事涉違法人員依法究辦。

陸軍司令邱國正說，對陸軍各單位違法犯紀的人員、案件，均秉不縱容、不包庇、不輕忽的嚴正態度予以追查，並以源頭制止方式落實軍紀安全。

媒體報導，陸航601旅作戰隊副隊長勞乃成戴阿帕契頭盔跑趴。陸軍司令部今天聲明表示，經查屬實，將併案增列移請檢調調查。

媒體報導，勞乃成不但帶親友進營區亂拍阿帕契戰鬥直升機，去年萬聖節還穿飛行裝、戴造價新台幣200萬元的阿帕契頭盔跑趴，把頭盔當私人物品向在場的李蒨蓉等炫耀。

陸軍司令部中午發布聲明指出，勞乃成身著飛行裝具參加私人聚會，經查屬實，陸軍感激並坦誠接受媒體及社會大眾指正。

陸軍指出，勞乃成跑趴違法部分，將併案增列移請檢調單位調查，此外，陸軍也即刻追查案發當時軍品繳交、清點管理、門禁管制等業管人員及上級主官、主管失職責任，將嚴予記過以上之懲處，事涉違法人員依法究辦
