大家好，小弟最近幫家人升級電腦 本來使用的版子是GA-M61VME-S2，搭配的CPU是Athlon 64 3500+ 如果將CPU升級為Athlon 64 X2 5000+ 以上的版本，RAM 加到4G 請問效能會提升很多嗎?如果平常使用只有上上網，打打LOL，這樣的配備足夠嗎? 謝謝大家的回覆 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.230.247

謝里法個展 逾百頭牛躍然於畫布上

作者： 常維鈞 | 國立教育廣播電台 – 臺中市港區藝術中心自即日起至9月8日，在展覽室A辦理「『素食年代－牛的四頁檔案』謝里法個展」，展出作品25組件。25組件作品中，有4件一組、3件一組，也有2件一組，大多以四幅百號大畫布並列組成一件作品。每組件作品中，都有牛的身影。有牛頭人身、穿軍服的、兇惡的、溫馴的、彩色的、黑白的、抽象的，還有三代同堂的牛，畫布中的每頭牛各有各獨特的特色，完全沒有重覆，相當獨特。歡迎民眾前來參觀謝里法老師畫筆下牛的百態。也可數看看，到底有多少頭牛呢？

在炎炎夏日中，為了兼顧消暑、解熱與身體保健，利用台灣優質農產品所熬煮的仙草茶是可以自己在家輕鬆DIY完成的飲品。
生活中心／綜合報導 隨著台灣民眾飲食型態日漸西化，以及含糖飲料購買的便利化，國人糖分攝取過量的現象恐將步入美國後塵，進而增加代謝症候群等三高的危險因子，其中又以19至30歲的年輕族群最愛這些嗜好性飲料。然而，對於正值盛年的年輕族群來說，要他們一夜之間放棄喝飲料的習慣是相當不容易的。 長庚科技大學保健營養系副教授、營養師許青雲表示，每到夏天最常被詢問到的，就是想喝飲料但又擔心健康的問題。事實上，市面上所販售的飲料並非全部都是不健康的，只要消費者在購買前把握成分天然、熱量標示、糖分標示等三個原則，就可以選到天然、健康又美味的解渴飲品，也能降低自己健康的負擔。 許青雲指出，按衛生署對於國人營養素攝取參考量的建議，成年人每日約需攝取2000大卡左右的熱量。不過，目前市售飲料所含的熱量，往往一杯就已逼近250大卡，成為上班族腰圍日漸寬大的主因之一；因此，如果能以無糖仙草茶這類無熱量的飲品取代高糖飲料，是對身體健康較好的選擇。同時，若是為了顧及口味的接受度，也可自行添加天然純蜂蜜；與目前的市售飲料甜度相比，一般半糖的飲料所需的蜂蜜大約是一匙(約10g)，但其熱量僅約31大卡，且蜂蜜中還含有維生素等具有營養價值的成分。 對於部分業者使用高果糖漿來提高飲料的甜度，許青雲認為，現代社會外食族群每天攝取的人工食品添加物已經夠多了，若是再喝到不肖業者所使用含有色素的濃縮水果糖汁或代糖等非天然成分，更是可能增加對人體肝臟的負擔；至於高果糖漿是由含玉米澱粉所轉換成的，如果攝取過量恐將造成血膽固醇或三酸甘油酯的上升，對健康的負擔相當大。 許青雲建議，在炎炎夏日中，為了兼顧消暑、解熱與身體保健，利用台灣優質農產品所熬煮的仙草茶是可以自己在家輕鬆DIY完成的飲品。至於市面上所販售的仙草茶飲料，對於嫌麻煩的民眾來說雖然較為方便，但在選購時務必要注意成分天然、熱量標示、糖分標示等三個原則，才能輕鬆、健康的對抗酷暑。
