【李英婷／台北報導】親民黨立委林正二因賄選案被判刑、褫奪公權定讞，林正二今召開記者會，案發後首次公開面對媒體。林說，舉辦餐會時，尚不具備候選人資格，沒有對價關係；且餐會所邀請的都是地方意見領袖；餐會性質是問政說明及工作會議，意欲請他們擔任競爭團隊的幹部及志工。林一度哽咽地說，原審判是緩刑，上訴後無罪，更二審卻是駁回、且未宣告緩刑，審判程序令人疑慮。

親民黨副秘書長劉文雄則表示，依循原住民傳統宴客，有何錯？「因為黨證不對，無罪變有罪？」親民黨將全力支持林正二依法聲請非常上訴及再審。劉也駁斥國親合的可能性。

民進黨高志鵬也與會力挺。高志鵬說，親民黨扮演在野黨應盡之責，本會期多次與在野聯合做戰表現太突出，就遭到追殺，實在有違民主政治，國民黨應收起黑手，不要再阻擾親民黨組政團。

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】高市新興分局今天凌晨攔查1部白色小客車，警方在車內把到2把槍及8顆子彈，開車的廖姓女子（42歲）嘆說，槍彈都是落跑秦姓男友（41歲）的。廖女說，她跟秦男交往4個多月，今天凌晨因身體不舒服打電話要秦男來載她，沒想到秦男帶槍來，車開到一半突然停車落跑，害她揹黑鍋，廖女直喊：「我很衰小，槍不是我的，你們警察要保護人民。」警方正進一步釐清真相。
