【王玉樹／台北報導】環保署今公布102年「地球環境季」(4月至6月)全國淨灘(山、溪)成果，總計舉辦158場次、3萬7312人參與，清理出253公噸廢棄物，動員人數以苗栗縣5126人居首，高雄市4497人居次。動員人數中以志、義工及民間團體占84%最多，環署認為這代表淨灘活動已獲民眾支持。  

今年全台淨灘長度達366.2公里，主要清理出「非資源垃圾」竹木、保麗龍、漁網漁具及其他垃圾共223.84公噸最多，「資源垃圾」保特瓶、鐵罐、鋁罐、玻璃及廢紙等只有29.76公噸，統計竹木類等非人為垃圾共計101.25公噸，占約40%的清理量。

【綜合報導】今天台灣南、北都為洪仲丘舉行悼念活動。洪家姊姊洪慈庸今天北上，感謝社會各界為他們發聲，並希望可以找到真相，說到激動處不禁哽咽；群眾數度高喊「加油」。

洪慈庸說，事發至今，她與家人每天都無法安然入睡，因為不知洪仲丘受了多大折磨而死亡。一開始她也曾責怪過洪仲丘，為何他要在軍中無畏地與惡霸對立，但洪仲丘沒有錯，錯的是違法亂紀、作威作福的不良人士。她相信洪仲丘是帶著使命而來，使命與價值被看到了，希望洪仲丘的犧牲，喚醒大家沉睡的正義感、正視軍中目無法紀違法行為、改善軍中環境，讓父母安心送孩子入伍。
