【賴德剛／綜合報導】大聯盟明星賽周後的球季賽今天開打，陳偉殷擔綱金鶯首戰先發投手，對遊騎兵投6.1局僅失1分，助球隊以3比1獲勝，殷仔拿下傷癒復出後的2連勝、本季第5勝，且生涯對遊騎兵3戰全勝。
 
陳偉殷此場比賽狀況不如上一場7月11日傷癒復出首戰，同樣對遊騎兵，7局僅被敲3安失1分，今天則是用102球投6.1局，其中71球好球，被敲8支安打，另投出2次保送與3次三振，不過同樣也投出一場優質先發。
 
金因隊友此戰很捧殷仔的場，搭檔特斯(Matt Wieters)2局上就用陽春砲住陳偉殷取得領先，3局上隊友羅伯茲(Brian Roberts)與馬克勞斯(Nate McLouth)又用連續安打攻下第2分。陳偉殷則是一直到4局下，因安打與保送丟掉此戰唯一1分，但5上隊友馬上又幫他追加1分保險分。
 
除打線幫忙，守備更幫陳偉殷守住不少可能掉分危機，4下右外野手馬卡奇斯(Nick Markakis)先接殺可能形成全壘打的飛球，6下中外野手瓊斯(Adam Jones)與游擊手哈迪(J.J Hardy)一次漂亮的轉傳，觸殺三壘跑者貝克(Jeff Baker)，都是殷仔今天能順利拿下勝投的關鍵。
 
7下殷仔被敲二壘安打退場後，接替的歐戴(Darren O'Day)順利解決之後2名打者，終結者強森(Jim Johnson)9下登板後，雖被敲安且投出一次觸身球，但依舊化解危機，不但守住陳偉殷的勝投，自己也拿下第34次救援成功。

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】小朋友在外吃早餐食品安全恐亮紅燈！許多雙薪家庭家長礙於工作忙碌，無法親自幫小孩準備早餐，都外購早餐，甚至拿錢叫小孩自己到早餐店買早餐吃，但台中市政府衛生局近日舉辦「102年度早餐店衛生自主管理輔導計劃」衛生講習前，針對食品安全衛生認知進行15題是非題問卷，結果37名業者竟無人拿到一百分，甚至許多專業知識，如「冷凍食品之中心溫度應保持在攝氏-10度以下」、「冷藏食品之中心溫度應保持在攝氏8度以下」、以及「食品器具包材等可直接接觸地面以方便管理」等錯誤題目，許多業者竟然都不清楚而錯答「是」，衛生局長黃美娜; 相當驚訝，強調儲藏溫度差一度食物就可能變質，要求加強業者自主管理訓練，確保民眾食用安全。
